The hotel complex is an old homestead house that has had additional residences built. We stayed in the Heritage Building, where the room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very large and clean. There was a fridge in the room and all rooms had balconies/patios with chairs. The bed was very elegant although the mattress was too soft...

Our son and daughter-in-law gave my wife and I a one-night stay, cooking class and breakfast voucher for Waring House at Christmas. We can't say enough good things about the cooking class. The Chef was very knowledgeable and able to articulate each detail of our cooking class experience. The quality of food at breakfast met our expectations. The presentation, portion...

We stayed at the Waring House for New Years eve. Our package included two nights stay, a buffet dinner and dance with a live band on new years, brunch on new years day and breakfast the next day. We had a fantastic time. The room, in "The House Next Door", was lovely, the buffet dinner was delicious and the band...

I stayed at the Waring House with my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time. We took a package of dinner in the dinning room, a room with fireplace and giant two people tub followed by a very good breakfast. A wonderful location for a couples retreat from the busy life. We stayed at the Waring House in Picton in early December 2016. The Staff were friendly and very helpful, the ground are beautiful and it is easy to find. They are setup with multiple buildings spread over a large open area. The main reception building is right in the middle grounds. There are two newer buildings, an old stone cottage,...

This facility is nothing short of amazing. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The restaurant Amelia was scrumptious. We stayed for Countrylicious, and the complimentary breakfast. The room was nicely decorated. The king size bed was comfortable. I will be recommending this Inn to friends and family.

Stayed one night for the fall Countylisicous (sp??) offer. Had bed, breakfast and a three course dinner for a great rate. Room was lovely. Carpet a bit tired but I guess that is standard in a older inn. We were in one of the outer buildings which was fine. Dinner was wonderful and breakfast was great too.

My wife and I stayed here back in September for two nights. Everything about the place was first class. Friendly staff, beautiful, well-appointed rooms, delicious food and drink, all on a lovely piece of property. Our room would be very accessible for a handicapped person, with a roll-in shower and wide doorways. In fact the whole complex would be well...

The room was in the heritage lodge, and was large, clean and bright with most importantly a comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend and the price was very reasonable. Easy walk back from the pub at the end of the night as well
