A get-away on February 4, 2017 We chose to book this hotel on a night with a fair amount of show and more on the way. The hotel is a series of small cabins, some duplexes - we were in a duplex. There was someone on our side but we heard nothing. The cabin offered a main room with bed,...

This place was really great. The cabin was spacious. And when I asked if I could remove my roof from my Jeep, the owner gave me access to a storage room attached to our unit to store it. The room was always kept clean. The price was much more reasonable than anything in the CRD for the time period. And...

We were looking for a place that was pet friendly and on HWY 1. Found this place are we're very happy. Clean, recently updated Bungalow with everything you need to cook supper and breakfast in. Very reasonably priced for the Victoria area. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

We wanted a place with Wifi within driving distance of Victoria. These cabins are 25 miles out of town in a rustic setting. The staff were excellent. The cabins were under a hundred a night with everything you would want. Quiet at night and very pleasant.

I went to the Malahat Bungalows for a regatta. Upon going to bed my roommate jokingly pulled back the sheets to check for spiders. When she pulled back the sheets we found five spiders crawling in our bed. We slept in lawn chairs, and the next day when we went to take a shower we found we had no hot...

I've been renting once side of a duplex for an extended stay. The unit was immaculately clean when I arrived. Provided are all and basics, including dishes, pots, wood for the fireplace, newer furniture, etc. Internet, hydro, heat, water are all included in the reasonable monthly rent. Also available is a large attached deck with a BBQ. The owners are...

My sis and brother-in-law came up to Victoria for a one-week holiday and I picked the lodging. Trip Advisor suggested that the Malahat Bungalow Motel would be a comfortable and inexpensive place. We got a 2BR cabin with kitchen, fireplace, etc and really have enjoyed our stay. The grounds and room are very clean, the decor rustic, the surrounding forest...
