    Campsite was well run with decent facilities, the first pitches were a nightmare to get to down the very steep bank, but they did provide some barrows to allow you to move things. However, downside of the pitch, not that the owners have much control...More

    Thank you for your review, I can't say this is an issue that has previously been mentioned. However, I would guess the problem would be worst next to the trees, especially after a rain shower - as insects tend to hatch when it is warm...More

    Lovely site - very clean washing facilities and best camp site pub been to. Didn't experience any of the problems from other 'poor' reviewers. Very close to Tissington trail across the road - nice walk to Biggin 2.5 miles and only 6 miles to Ashbourne....More

    Great place to camp the staff are friendly and helpful toilets are clean and warm kids love the freedom here as it is enclosed within the an old quarry great place to set out and do lots of walks across the land surrounding the area...More

    Thanks for your review, broadband is available in the club buildings, but it isn't great because the BT service is rubbish, we are looking at alternatives with other broadband companies. Best wishes for future camping.

    Sorry, I can't answer as we stopped in our Motorhome. Dogs must be kept on a lead and the cabins look very nice. Give them a call, the staff are very friendly.

    Yes there is a grassed area where the play equipment is, I think it would be big enough for a kick about.
