Charles and Jennifer made us most welcome at their lovely old farmhouse, which is set in beautiful open countryside only a few minutes walk from the village of Osmaston where the Shoulder of Mutton pub fed us well. Our room was cosy and clean with flowers and fresh milk adding to the personal touch. Breakfast was superb. Use of the...

Warm welcome, very comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, quiet nights sleep. An ideal location for the Yeldersley Hall wedding venue. Leave your car there overnight & walk back to the b&b. It really is a short, easy walk. (As is the Shoulder of Mutton Pub) Lintwood Farm, Osmaston is also in a great location for visiting the local area. We hope...

We have just spent th Easter weekend at this charming country retreat. The farmhouse is a home from home with extra touches such as fresh flowers in the rooms and Eater eggs on sunday morning! The owners could not be more accommodating and breakfast was excellent with eggs from the farm's own hens which were running free outside. The farm is...

We stayed here for a friends wedding at Yealdersley Hall and had a beautiful stay. The owners (Charles and Jennifer) go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was superb as stated in all the reviews here (I recommend the scrambled eggs!). Room was a high standard and extremely clean. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Had a lovely overnight stay for a nearby wedding. Wished we could have stayed longer. The bed is more comfortable than ours! Sheets, bedding and pillows are all top quality. Breakfast was delightfully prepared and everything on the table was perfect. Location wise, it is beautiful and well placed. Stunning views, it really is a delightful house. I would not...

I first stayed here almost two years ago, having picked it based on a website and some reviews - and I've been back over 100 times since. If I'm going to stay away from home on business, then I want somewhere where I'm comfortable, well fed and can relax. Lintwood Farmhouse is such a gem. The rooms are comfortable, with...

We booked here on one of our regular weekend trips with friends. A attractive farmhouse in a pretty village just a stone's throw from Ashbourne and many lovely walks. The real gem though starts as the door opens with a warm greeting from Charles and Jennifer. A lovely 'lived in home' - the bedrooms were full of character with comfortable...

We're not suggesting that you book a stay here simply to taste the poached eggs but, if you did, you wouldn't be disappointed, far from it indeed, they are absoltely delicious! We cant be any more complimentary about Charles and Jennifer or any more pleased with the setting of this fabulous farmhouse so we're not going to try. If you...

I stayed at the farmhouse with my fience to celebrate our anniversary. Having stayed in hotels for many years, i decided to give a B & B a try. Hotels beware, because if this is the competition you should be worried. We wanted somewhere in rural Derbyshire and this place ticks all the boxes. After driving down the long farm...
