Old and historic, don't miss the talk in the evening about the history. The staff wear kilts. The views--so beautiful. A great experience. We got an upgrade because the room wasn't full. Since it looks like a palace, you feel like royalty here.

Waterton shuts down early in September (like the 2nd week of September). The closed roads this year (Red Rock Canyon and Cameron Lake) are because of fire damage from last year.

They might They have an elevator that they use for luggage. It might be used for wheelchairs too Check w the hotel
