I spent two nights at their Cliffside Camping and one night at the B&B. When camping they provide the option of breakfast, which was an added bonus that I appreciated. Saturna Island is a wonderful "get-a-way from it all" location and Breezy Bay complimented that perfectly. Matt and Meg do a wonderful job. I truly enjoyed my stay.

My friends and I stayed at Breezy Bay B&B and were impressed by our hostess's hard work making us comfortable and providing us with excellent and tasty breakfasts. The farmhouse itself is funky and charming, though one wistfully wishes its battered woodwork could be restored to its former glory. Still, that's a matter of taste. The only real problem (for...

We stayed just overnight, but it was such a lovely spot, I wish our stay was longer. This historical island farmhouse has been lovingly maintained. The common rooms are full of character, lovely that the character hasn't been removed from the setting. The room while not large was clean, comfortable and inviting. It feels very much like a UK B...

We had a wonderful time at Breezy Bay B&B last weekend. As we had already cycled from Victoria to Swartz Bay, I was happy to find it was only about 10 minute's ride from the ferry terminal on Saturna Island. A long country lane leads you to the lovely 1892 farm house, and continues to a small secluded beach. Our...

I have stayed with friends and family at Breezy Bay a few times over the last 5 years and always have a wonderful time. The host family is incredibly welcoming and make your trip seem like a home away from home. The hiking trail up the cliff is a nice way to spend an hour or so and the view...

We were really excited to begin our cycling trip and rather than camping, we opted to stay at B&Bs. Our first stay was with Breezy Bay. This beautiful historic home was very welcoming and offered a comfortable night's sleep. Matt's breakfast was amazing! It was as good, or better, than any we had on our twelve day trip. The poached...

I had a wonderful long weekend here at Breezy Bay with a large groups of friends (9 adults and 4 teens). Having been here 3 years prior I was excited to get back knowing my weekend would be relaxing and peaceful. The room I had facing the front of the house was very comfortable and despite sharing a bathroom with...

Our family stayed at breezy bay a month ago, and we had a lovely experience! We came to Saturna very late, but the lady host welcomed us warmly and showed us the rooms and washrooms and where the kitchen was for the next day's breakfast. The breakfast was the best and we could have added another star for it! Great...

With three boys aged 10-17 in tow, we had an excellent experience camping at Breezy Bay over the May long weekend. Located on an organic farm, the three campsites are a short 5 minute uphill climb from the parking area. Two sites are on well constructed platforms and the last is directly on the forest floor. The sites are comfortably...

I know this review looks long, but please stick through to the end for the full experience. My girlfriend and I went to Saturna to visit a good friend who had just recently moved out there and he personally suggested Breezy Bay to us. We stayed for a full week and it was an absolutely amazing get away! First we...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Come to Saturna Island and take a step back in time at Breezy Bay Bed & Breakfast. Our beautiful and rustic 1890's home, still a working farmhouse, is situated on a fifty acre organic farm, approximately 2km from the ferry. Our home was restored last in the 1970's keeping as much original character and charm as was possible. The evidence of its long and diverse history emanates from every room. We offer four unique guest rooms, a library, large common rooms and a breakfast sunroom for vacation getaways or longer stays. Our wholesome, gourmet breakfasts are homemade using local produce; with some ingredients coming straight off the farm. The driveway is lined with Maple, Linden, Hawthorne, Walnut Trees and century-old Lombardy Poplars for almost a furlong and the house itself is nestled amongst Orchards, Flowers, Scented Lindens, and more. A wide veranda overlooking the orchard stretches along the length of the house; an ideal environment for reading, relaxing, and/or bird-watching. Also on the property are short hikes, a pond and private beach, suited for kayak launching or sun bathing. ... more   less
