This is not a fancy or luxury hotel but it offers everything you need: central location, spacious rooms with two beds and a small table with chair and an en-suite bathroom, running water, power, AC, quite reliable wifi... The bathroom is rather small and has no separation for the shower so all is messy and wet after you are done...

This town is 2 hrs and 30 minutes away from Phnom Penh. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Showers are hot and with strong pressure. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned comfortably. We ordered same breakfast for 3 days but kitchen ran out of ham and bacon the second day. We all enjoyed dinner; grilled beef with black pepper...

For the same price there are other better options in Kompong Chhnang. This place looks ok but service and ameneties are just average. No refridgerators in the rooms. The hotel next door is ok. But wont stay here again.

We've stayed at Sovannphum hotel for 1 night coming from Phnom Penh. The hotel is on the main road 5 minutes walk from downtown. The rooms are OK but the bathroom a bit too small. But everything worked fine even the free wifi. The rooms don't come with free breakfast but attached to the hotel is a restaurant that opens...

We stayed in this budget hotel for 2 nights and found it to be quite clean and comfy though fronting onto the main highway found it to be quite noisy day and night. Their staff tended to display an air of indifference specially so in their next door restaurant. But enjoyed the tuk-tuk tours of its nearby attractions.

In driving around the area a little, this hotel SEEMS to be the best available. It is certainly the cleanest and newest looking. Propped up by the attentive and friendly security/tuktuk staff on the front gate and the fact that it always fills with staff from the worldwide charity organisations (NGO's - or ONG's if you're French) so there is...

I stayed two nights in Jan 16 on the top floor front corner room, just like an executive corner office, lots of glass (and thick curtains). Good TV, Aircon, daily cleaning, water bottles, etc. Expecially enjoyed Vanari at the desk, she quickly arranged the fluent English-speaking Channy for an informative ride out to the pottery villages and through the countryside....

I can't compare this with other accommodation in the town, but it was fine for one night, which is likely as long as you would spend here anyway. The A/C worked, the sheets looked clean, the in-room lizard ensured that there were no bugs, and the TV even had an English drama on and the free wifi worked. Front desk...

The sheets were dirty, none of the outlets worked, leaky pipes, really all the things one should expect for a hotel in this price range. That said, it is definitely the best place to stay in the area. You are probably here to see the floating villages, so plan to get there mid-afternoon to do that because there's not much...

I just wanna say, I gave this place 5 stars because this by far is the cleanest and best hotel in this small town. I am drawing comparison to other surrounding hotels, not on an international standard. I had sussed out 3-4 different hotels and guest houses around the vicinity and trust me, this place is the cleanest and most...

“Avoid Room 101 because it is the room infront of the carpark and also next to the resturant. Any corner rooms close to the big balcony is great because that is where they had installed their modem for WIFI. For example Room 402, 302, 202. You will get terrific WIFI in your room. Rooms further away from the modem do not get good connectivity in the room. Room is at USD15 per night”
