They say you should never look back ---- Stayed here almost exactly a year ago, and enjoyed our stay so came back this month. Had a different room this time Room 6, at the front. Same lovely view as Room 3, but king sized bed and a bigger room. No bathroom window though, so the bathroom did have a slight...

Stayed for one night in July, the setting of the Inn is absolutely beautiful. Room lovely, staff top drawer and food is gorgeous. So quiet on an evening with little or no passing traffic. Could not recommend it highly enough, will definitely visit again. Breakfast lovely too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fat Lamb. Comfortable room if a little small but we do have a very large dog. Unfortunately, weather was rather inclement so spoilt any countryside walks but didn't spoil our little break. Food was very good & staff were efficient & helpful. Would return for another visit.

Just spent 2 fabulous nights at the Fat Lamb on an Amazon deal. Our room 10 was spacious and comfy with great views. The food was fantastic and so much choice for me as I am a coeliac. They even made me a special dessert....lovely! All the staff were friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. Can...

It was a lovely place very quiet at night which was appreciated, only thing I was missing was somewhere to sit in the room, what was there was way too low for me. The breakfast was also lovely and was enough to see us on our way for the trip ahead.

We stayed at this delightful hotel many years ago. Prior to arrival I requested a room with a view of Wild Boar Fell and Angela kindly ensured we got a lovely room with amazing views. Our reformed room had a great king size bed and fluffy bath towels. We arrived very early and although the room wasn't ready we received...

Just back from a couple of nights at The Fat Lamb. We had a first night paid for via a Continental Tyres promotion but booked another night at the same time on spec. The place has a very easy going atmosphere, the staff were all helpful and friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The location is first rate...

My wife and I enjoyed two nights at the Fat Lamb in July 2015. It is an old building with bags of character. The first thing to say is how remote it is. The nearest village is Ravenstonedale, about 2 miles away. The countryside is beautiful and unspoiled. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists. The second thing...

We stayed at the Fat Lamb having bought an Amazon deal for £100 two nights B&B. The setting is beautiful and the surrounding area is scenic however the Fat Lamb stands alone, The place itself has a charming bar and beer garden and the staff, especially Dawn were friendly. We were allocated room 2 which was clean and tidy but...
