Unhelpful staff with poor hotel management skills. Communication within their own team of Altitude 1260 front office staff needs improving. Communication with guests/enquirers is abrupt and lacking the friendly customer service you would expect from experienced resort staff.
The Lodge sits high atop Crackenback with the most spectacular view.
The family who have recently taken over were accommodating to our every need.
Our room was spacious, clean and opened onto the grass where kangaroos, wallabies & wombats visited every afternoon.
