Modern hotel located in Central Bristol within easy walking distance of sights, bars, restaurants. Clean large rooms with smart ensuite bathrooms. Parking (quite expensive) a short walk away. Reception staff very friendly although got locked out of our room as our key had only been programmed for one night (we stayed two). Person behind the bar seemed more interested in his phone than serving me. Good breakfast with friendly staff on hand.

Perfect for a short break. Great location, excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good, lots of fresh stuff plus al a cat rye options to order at table. Rooms were larger than many inner city hotels.

We stayed here for two nights for a family weekend break. The hotel is very central, with plenty right at your doorstep. The parking is a bit of a walk, so I would recommend dropping off your group and luggage and then parking. Two days and nights parking was £49.90, so keep that cost in view. I know city center parking is a challenge. The staff were friendly and efficient. At booking I asked for rooms next to each other, which had been accommodated perfectly. Both rooms were plenty spacious for two people. Both rooms had waterside views, which were both beautiful and entertaining! Our room had a great coffee maker. Both rooms had lovely toiletries as well. The bar was well stocked, with swift service. We ate out each evening but had breakfast the last morning. The range of breakfast choices was quite something, and we were definitely ready for our journey home afterwards. I would very much recommend this hotel and we will return.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Smack bang in the middle of all the action, walking distance to everything. The staff are lovely and welcoming. The room was reasonably quiet considering the city location, but comfortable, with a large bed and lovely hot shower. The negatives are the hotel is dated and rather tatty in places, particularly the room itself. I expected better from the Radisson name. Also, the breakfast buffet is very good, however the hot food was not even luckwarm. Really off-putting.

I would not recommend it. High rates compared with the services of a 4-star hotel. The receptionists were not helpful. We stood for around 20 minutes without anyone assisting us. Once we entered the room, we called immediately reception to inform them that there was a very bad odour of smoke coming from the bathroom. The receptionist was apathetic and told us to inform the housekeeping to bring an air freshener. I assume when someone books a 4-star hotel does not expect to sleep in a room smelling of smoke. Once we checked out, we informed once again about the odour. No reply, no apology, nothing. Zero customer service and care for the guests. The levels of cleanliness were below the average. The quality of the pillows was rubbish and lumpy. Once the head was touching the pillow, it was splitting into pieces.

Parking is a nightmare. I know people say it is a couple of minutes away, it is not. Receptionists were both miserable as sin. Paid extra for a city view and I got one which was a good view however that is where the good bits about the room end. The room was like being in a students bedroom. Everything in the room was mix and match, nothing was uniform. The room was clean but only just. The fact that there are no plugs next to the bed, in fact they are 10 metres away is a real problem. Booked a double room but was given a twin with nobody telling me that. Will not stay again, massively overpriced for the service standards you are given
