Hotel was perfectly fine with regards to room, friendliness of staff and the overall 'feel' of the place. Very comfy bed. The car park set-up next door also worked very well - some good joined-up thinking going on there. We stayed for one night en route to an early flight out of Bristol and there were no problems with our 3:30am checkout. What I will comment on is the local area. Whilst Cabot Circus is all 'shiny shiny', what was going on at the back of the hotel left a lot to be desired and if I were a single female I would not have been comfortable traversing between car park and hotel. Blatant drug deals, addicts slumped over each other and just a general scene of inner city blight. Not at all the hotel's fault, of course, and I would not be put off from staying here again, just for future guests to be aware. Does not detract from the fact that this Future Inn is great value for money and very handy for central Briz.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights - check in process very smooth, and they have a room where you can store your bags before check in, and after check out, for free. Some rooms include free parking in Cabot Circus - I entered the car park as normal, and had the ticket validated when I checked out. Opposite Cabot Circus shopping centre (House of Fraser side), and even though it is on a busy road, you can't hear the traffic from the room - our room was overlooking the main room. Room included bottled water, tea/coffee/biscuits and toiletries. Stocks were replenished each day and we also asked for more tea bags which they provided. Also reasonably priced! Bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Thankyou for a comfortable stay!

We had a great say at the Future Inn. Room was huge and clean. We didn't eat breakfast but had two evening meals and they were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails early evening. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. Location is very good. Even though we overlooked the main road it was really quiet. There was no noise from other people staying in the hotel. The car park was £9 for however long you stayed and it worked really well. We would stay here again definitely.

I am struggling with the reviews for this hotel. Either I am the unluckiest man alive and got the one room that is the exception to the norm or people are paying good money and accepting Travelodge standards. Firstly parking - I read on here it is free, it was not for me and was £9 a night. No real drama, I dont really care however why the hotel must take a copy of your physical debit card for the parking charge I am not quite sure. I offered to pay it via IPhone and was told no as they didnt have a physical copy of my card due to the bill being paid by the company so they need it. Odd. Next the receptionist. He was rapid but rude with it. The lifts take forever. 3 lifts, one out of order but they are the worlds slowest lifts. Quicker to walk up the stairs on your hands and knees than have the displeasure of waiting for one of these lifts. Then onto the floor I was staying on, it smelt, bad. The room had the dirtiest carpet I have witnessed in a hotel. The kettle left a lot to be desired. One of the plug sockets was half off the wall, a health and safety disaster waiting to happen. The bathroom was good. The massive desk was odd. The rooms are dated and Travelodge level. This is not, no way the Future. If it is then it is bleak, very bleak.

Travelling from the North this hotel is in an excellent location.Drive in the car park at Cabot Circus and it’s only £9 for a 3 night stay The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice . The room was spacious and a big comfortable bed. Slap bang in the middle of the shops and just a short bus ride from Clifton and the suspension bridge. Loved our stay

We stayed here for a night in Bristol. The general quality of the hotel was good, the staff were excellent, couldn't do enough to help. A great choice for a sensibly priced hotel close to the city centre. Parking is free if you book direct.

We booked for 2 nights for my birthday. We loved the free parking and were surprised to find breakfast was included. The breakfast was fantastic. Full English, cereals, continental or you could order eggs Benedict, omelette or pancakes. We had room 525 which was overlooking the Cabot shopping centre on the main road. You could hear the traffic but it wasnt a problem for us. The room had an iron, ironing board and safe. My only criticism was the bed. I dont think it was memory foam as everytime my other half turned over, I was nearly bounced out of the bed! Far too soft and springy for me. However that would not stop me from returning as the overall experience was brilliant. Great location. Staff very friendly.

Stayed as a couple here as we wanted to see a show. Reception staff very welcoming and no bother asking for extra tea and sugar for the room . The room was clean and tidy and a modern TV as well . Bathroom was bright and a lovely shower with big towels. 1 problem was the hairdryer it only worked if you kept hold of the cool button. Forgot to tell reception about it. Breakfast was tasty full English with a variety of other stuff and you could ask for anything ie eggs Benedict. We also ate at the Chops restaurant, nice meals but they forgot my husband sweet potato fries. As it was only 5pm and 1 other couple there ,to me that’s a big mistake on behalof the kitchen. Only bugbear was the price of wine . £9 for a large wine and the staff could do with smiling a bit more. Would we stay there again possibly???

I enjoyed my night at this hotel. Staff are great and location is excellent. Room is dated but spotlessly clean . Free parking is a big bonus although it would help if the website told you to park on the car park ground floor if possible. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again as the hotel offered everything I needed for my business trip to Bristol

Decent break . It was slap bang in the middle of the city. First class breakfast and I mean first class. Staff in the restaurant were lovely. We were there on a very sad mission to say goodbye to an old pal and we felt looked after by everyone. I was the guy on crutches who was made to feel really welcome. Team leaders should feel really proud. Keep going Bristol.😊😊...Oh..and huge bed!
