I had a special deal for 3 nights but couldn't alter the booking in any way, which was annoying. The room was spacious with 2 Queen sized beds and well equipped with hairdryer, ironing board, kettle and toiletries. There is no fridge, which I expected at the prices, but apparently you can request one. In the bathroom, the sink doesn't...

Visited here as my friend and I were visting the Bath Christmas markets but could not afford to stay in Bath. This was about a 30 minute drive from Bath and was very lively for good dinner and drinks. The hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants and near to the bus stop should you need to...

We were bought a over night stay at this wonderful hotel as a present. We were going to a show at the Hippodrome so this hotel being a two minute walk away was great. From the minute you walk through the door you were made to feel special. Our room was on the second floor and it had everything, from...

I was booked into this hotel and my bill is usually sent back to the company. The duty manager that night would not accept an email from my company email address authorising the bill back, even though i have stayed in this and their sister hotel, the City Centre Hotel over 400 times in the past 3 years. What's worse,...

I stayed at this hotel for one night as I was going to the pantomime. The staff were so polite and helpful on arrival, told me everything I needed to know and took an interest in my plans during my short stay. Room was clean, large bath and comfy bed!

Been a while since I've used the Royal. Appears to have retained many of its qualities, with the rooms in particular a strength - clean, comfortable, roomy. Nice to see SKY available in the rooms, but spectacular own-goal of not providing free wifi for staying guests. Quite unusual these days, particularly at these prices, and a major downside for business...

I treated my 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend to a night at the hotel as a Christmas present. Along with a massage in the residential spa salon. She said the hotel and spa staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities of pool sauna and spa were lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean ....

Stayed in the Bristol Marriott Royal hotel with some friends for one night, quick efficient check in, lovely room with interconnecting door to friends in next room. Rooms were clean and spacious with tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was also clean and roomy. Breakfast was buffet service with tea/ coffee being served to you. Plenty of breakfast choice. Central location to the...

Stayed recently and the stay overall was ok, room & hotel good, location good and food good. Real shame about hotel wifi. Issues with the guest wifi being temperamental sometimes worked sometimes didn't. Had to send some important documents so in the end went to the lounge area to use the public one and still had issues. Finally got reception...
