I treated my 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend to a night at the hotel as a Christmas present. Along with a massage in the residential spa salon. She said the hotel and spa staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities of pool sauna and spa were lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean ....

Stayed in the Bristol Marriott Royal hotel with some friends for one night, quick efficient check in, lovely room with interconnecting door to friends in next room. Rooms were clean and spacious with tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was also clean and roomy. Breakfast was buffet service with tea/ coffee being served to you. Plenty of breakfast choice. Central location to the...

Stayed recently and the stay overall was ok, room & hotel good, location good and food good. Real shame about hotel wifi. Issues with the guest wifi being temperamental sometimes worked sometimes didn't. Had to send some important documents so in the end went to the lounge area to use the public one and still had issues. Finally got reception...

After a few days in this lovely hotel....super beds, lovely pillow selection and nice sheets. I love the old charm re done to feel the same as the old. Staff is a bit of an issue here. Front desk seem a bit too busy to help you, a tad disorganized and not so savvy in english. Breakfast is a pricey...

We stayed here for one night. Although we didn't eat in the facilities looked great. I ordered champagne to be delivered to the room before we got back from dinner. This was all done in a timely manner. Staff are very friendly

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were watching a rugby match in Cardiff and it was a fairly easy commute into Cardiff on the train. Room - the room was a decent size, nice comfy bed, a bottle of wine and chocs were left for us as well as it was a special anniversary trip -...

We upgraded on check-in to a suite at a special rate and it was definitely worth it for the space (especially as the weather meant we spent more time in the room than planned!). The room was, however, very cold, so much so that they actually provide two oil heaters in the wardrobe! You would think that they would've sorted...

We stayed in a family room with two king sized beds, very comfortable and clean. The staff at this hotel really are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was very good, all quality fresh ingredients. Location is very central. I really would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here over Christmas for three nights and overall a fine time was had by all. Christmas Day lunch was a jolly affair replete with an ad-lib champagne reception and pianist – nice touches. Service in the restaurant was excellent given how busy it was – Maria our waitress deserves a special mention. The bedroom was well appointed. Yes, very...
