Dear Navigate583763, Many thanks for your review and candid feedback. I am actually quite shocked that none of your thoughts were addressed on the night? All of the couples that dined with us yesterday evening expressed nothing but amazing feedback. The menu was £99 for two and after checking all of the bills from yesterday evening none of the guests paid £200 for their meal! I can say that no one was sat at a table that was anything less than clean and set correctly. The team and chefs worked really well to provide a great valentines experience for all it appears but you. Perhaps Wagamamas is more to your taste. Best Regards Diane McTague General Manager

Many thanks susielincoln for your candid feedback and review. All of your feedback noted, disappointed to read you didn't enjoy your experience. We do enjoy the best location in the area and the terrace is open for dining. What a shame you dont like the general ambiance of the hotel,it has been very sympathetically restored to an incredibly high standard, the all glass restaurant is fabulous, however I guess not for you. Best Regards Diane McTague General Manager

Hi, as mentioned, best discuss your needs with the hotel. They have permits and you can park your car up to the door of the White lion pub adjacent ( also owned by the hotel) Staff here are very accommodating and am sure will have a solution to your issues if arise. Enjoy, you’ll love it
