Stayed for one night with work and I have to say the customer service was great from everyone in the hotel. Especially the manager in the bar/restaurant. The wife was broken at the time (that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) but he did everything he could for me to sort it out. Hotel was basic but clean and a good gym for a hotel too.

A pleasant stay for me and my colleague was provided by the whole IHG team. Special thanks to Kumud and Sangeeta for a lovely support during the breakfast. It was a pleasure to see smiley stuff meeting you in the morning! In addition we received had a great experience during the check in and out with warm welcome.

Stayed for 4 nights for business. Concierge on arrival provided a fantastic service and were very welcoming assisting in organising taxis etc. As for breakfast, the staff, Sangeetha and Praveen were superb, friendly and attentive with plenty of options and quality food on offer.

Stayed one night 22nd March. Great check in experience and IHG status recognition. Arrived very early and room obviously not ready but cases dropped off and the lovely receptionist took mobile number and said she would ring as soon as it was ready. Got a call well before check in time that room was ready. Drinks and snacks vouchers given for the bar. Requested a late check out and again no problem. Got to the room and there were some goodies on a covered plate and a nice note from the General Manager saying we were the "Guests of the Day" , lovely touch and very appreciated. Room all good and very clean with everything you need. Call from reception about 15 mins later to check everything was to our liking. Great service in the bar later and very friendly and attentive lady serving. Breakfast was again very good and the host again a credit to the hotel. At checkout was asked how our stay was and again very friendly and attentive lady on the desk, when settling the bill she also pointed out that as Guest of the Day our Breakfast was complimentary. WOW. Can not praise this hotel enough. The whole team here are excellent, what a credit to the brand.…

I arrived and greeted by a lovely lady on reception, Nikki, her customer service was warm and friendly. I went up to my room to walk in and find that Nikki had upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. I was absolutely astounded. Once unpacked I went downstairs to go out shopping and spoke to her male colleague, who was also very warm, friendly and helpful with advice and directions of where to go. This was an amazing stay and would like to say thank you again to Nikki.
