Room was reasonable clean although the shelving units were very dusty. The balcony was rather dirty with empty bottles discarded under the table Towels were removed but not replaced and dirty tea cups not replaced either. So really only problems were housekeeping. The breakfast was exceptionally good value with everything you could wish for the price

My family have been going for Sunday breakfast regularly there since the end of lock down. The quality has improved from good to excellent. De and his team provide an excellent buffet breakfast. Great selection and always well presented. There is a mixture of English breakfast, cold meats and fruits. The staff are very friendly with superb customer service.

Dirty, dusty room. Poor service! A very bad experience after years of better service. The bathroom was disgusting. I don’t know what’s happened here but it’s nothing like it used to be. I have taken to staying at the Bristol Hotel now. A lot better with a fantastic breakfast.

I stay in a lot of hotels around Europe. Never experienced a genuine hospitality like this hotel. Great location. We had a great welcome by the reception team. Very humble and helpful staff. They upgraded us to a Suite which is absolutely stunning. I didn't realise that Holiday Inn can have a beautiful Suit like this in the centre of Bristol. Great view as well from the suite. The food experience was the best. Evening meal was just outstanding. The Spanish lady (forgot her name) was incredibly caring, informative and attentive. The food came on our plate didn't feel like a Holiday Inn standard food. it felt like we were having meal in a fine dining restaurant with an amazing view of the City and great quality & presentation. And lastly the Breakfast gave us a big surprise. Lovely themed Breakfast with lots of fresh touch to it. Very eye catching display and presentation. We were served by Keeley (Breakfast Host we think). Greeted us with a big smile on her face. So much choice for breakfast. Plus a chef making live eggs as per your order. What a incredible way to start the day. We left with a great memory. We will be definitely back again.…
