Unfortuanlty I didn't get to stay in the Hotel due to unforeseen family circumstances, but I experienced excellent Customer Service when I had to cancel my reservation on the day. If I'm to Visit Bristol again I will hope to book here!

When we visit the United Kingdom we book accomodation at a Premier Inn. This is the result of having had completely faultless experiences at each establishment we have stayed. On this occasion we have stayed over three nights at the Premier Inn Haymarket Bristol and again we were not disappointed. The location is adjacent to the Bus and National Express...

Business trip with work. Hotel is your standard premier inn with all the fittings you'd expect. Arrived late and there was no problem with the check in. The only issue was parking. The hotel car park was full and finding somewhere to park nearby was a nightmare! Breakfast was supplied in the Beefeater attached to the hotel. Decent breakfast. Natasha...

Myself and my husband booked this hotel to attend a concert in Bristol. The location, parking, cleanliness and welcome from staff was top class. Being new to the city, we were given excellent advice from a young chap on reception ( sorry didn't get your name! ) on where to find the venue and where to eat and drink in...

Stayed over on a Thursday night which was quiet . Staff very friendly and helpful. Manage to park car without any issues but please note this is on a first come basis and is chargeable at £12 per 24 hours. Breakfast was ample and had no problems with service. It would be really great if you could prearrange parking as...

Great hotel and right in the centre of bristol with loads of shops and resturants in short walking distance from the hotel. Was really surprised how clean our room was. The bed was very comfy and lovely fresh crisp sheets. Very nice to have a selection of pillows aswell. We will defo be staying again.

Be careful! These people will quote you parking prices and you will end up paying considerably more! We arrived at the hotel having been told we could park overnight for £12 and ended up in an argument with the NCP over the other side of the road and ended up paying £17.50 (they wanted £23) - the hotel wanted nothing...

In my opinion the Premier Inn is the best amongst 3* rating and it pretty much matches up to any 4* I've been in. Strategically placed (city centre/bus station) making it very convenient and now Bristol has 2 Premiers to chose from ! Rooms spacious, very clean, soft white towels + soap dispensers so you won't run out and no...
