We stayed in room 9. My daughter has moved to bristol and the washington is half way house from her home and work. The room is a small twin room with tea/coffee facilities with biscuits. Bathroom is fine. Bed comfortable. Probably in need of some TLC but for the room rate i paid, i was more than happy. he staff were wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding. I have signed to the membership scheme for future deals. Investigated the car park as well while here as didnt use it this time. Huge roll up doors so noone could lurk by cars at nighttime. All in all, we are looking forward to returning

Dearandybate1967, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I am sorry that we were unable to provide a cooked breakfast option during your stay with us. We unfortunately had to close breakfast at the washington due to staffing issues over the last 2 weeks, and instead provide a breakfast option at out sister hotel, the Clifton. I am sorry that you did not find this solution satisfactory. I am very sorry to hear that the proviosions were not supplied and you had issues with the housekeeping service. I will address this with the housekeeping team, though we had to make the decision to not service our stayover rooms due to staffing. We will be back serving our delicious full cooked breakfast from this weekend, so I hope you will consider staying on another occasion to see the imporvements we are making many thanks Hannah Washington Hotel

Our twin room had all the facilities my son and I needed including no-nonsense free WiFi, sockets to plug mains chargers into, TV, instant and ground coffee with cafetiere and assorted teas, reading lights comfortable beds etc.. and ample towels. Both Ewa and her Reception colleague were very helpful with our uncertain stay length requirements.

Thank you to the team at the Washington for a very comfortable stay. There were a few things that need polishing up but the room was cheaper than everything else available and in such a good location. I'll be back.

Stayed for work, it really is a workers hotel, very basic and needs a refurb, understatement, bathroom basic but ok, shower is old “ tap type”, bed was comfy, I had a good nights sleep, location is excellent. Staff were absolutely first class , from booking in, to checking out, couldn’t fault em. Breakfast average but service excellent.
