High standards of cleanliness and house keeping, staff was friendly and extremely helping. Heating of the rooms needs improvement. Internet was free for limited time and later to be payed. Breakfast was good.

Very family friendly bnb. Staff went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible with the little one (1 year old). Washing bottles, keeping milk in fridge for us. Breakfast including in price - brilliant.

Good value stay but such a shame we got no sleep due to some rowdy drunk men shouting and banging on doors in the early hours.Think large groups is not ideal and spoiled our stay as the amenities location and breakfast plus value for money is spot on.If you have a night porter they need to be able to deal...

Dear brunel25, I am very sorry to hear this. Is true we had such a complicated group staying with us and our night porter did all what he could to get them to stop the noise. I hope this is not stopping you to come back to stay with us in the future. Best regards, Patricia Assistant Manager

Secure parking at the back. Lovely breakfast nice presentation. Clean room and warm. Lovely large fluffy white towels. Great location for Clifton village and good restaurants. Close to town. Nightmare driving through Bristol and so many bus lanes and bike lanes etc.

Needed a bed for the night at no notice and simply chose the cheapest. I came across a real gem. First impressions count and the reception area was pristine. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. My single room, whilst on the small side, was adequate for my modest needs and convenient for the breakfast room. I enjoyed breakfast and the welcoming...

The hotel is friendly and staff are very helpful. The room was looking slightly tired, but had suitable comfort, shower was lovely, it served me well. Breakfast was lovely and the staff that served us were very helpful. Car parking is secure, but at a cost, once I found it.

Stayed here as part of a weekend visit to Bristol with friends and found the hotel to be excellent value for money. The hotel was ideal as it is located within walking distance to the city centre and its car park at the rear was secure and well priced when compared with other hotel car parks. Very good location, stayed to visit the Bristol Old Vic Theatre school, very close to the university and to shops and restaurants as well as the city centre. Bathroom light was flickering, so it was a bit annoying to shower, other than that, small comfortable room and friendly staff.
