Nicely decorated apartment. Main beds comfy, sofa bed not so much. Staff immediately available by phone. Parking on site. Bit tired - wobbly fittings, hit-and-miss cleaning - there were finished little packs of ketchup under the beds!

Rooms are misrepresented and dirty. Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. The room you think you're getting in the pictures is not what you get. You get tons of automated emails with no reply from customer service unless you push. Dirty rooms with unwashed cups and cutlery. AVOID!

Be aware that you get charged with replacement of the wardrobe with your deposit amount, which is £150.00, plus a £40.00 delivery charge Screws are missing on the wardrobe door and then they claim after your departure that they have to replace the furniture. Very BAD PRACTICE!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very cosy. As tourists, we enjoyed being so close to the inner city. Being able to use Netflix on the TV was a big bonus. We would definitely stay at the Clifton House again.

Perhaps we were unlucky but we had 2 very disturbed nights sleep due to other residents coming back in the small hours after being out and behaving like there was no-one else in the entire building. The first time this happened the group of lads thankfully settled down after about an hour of recounting their hilarious night out, but on the second night an actual party with loads of people started up in a different room at 3.30am that was still going strong when we decided to give up and go home at 6.30.am. No notices up anywhere about being quiet after hours and no-one on shift at MyApartment to deal with it. Shame, as it was a lovely room and great location. I won’t be using any MyApartment properties again though.

The room was definitely not worth the price and had an awful smell to it. Contacting the agency was not helpful either. Will not be coming back or use your apartment services any more, as when trying to contact them by calling they didn’t answer and after emailing them got the lazy response of ‘sorry you had this but we can’t help you’

As expected size wise 3 in a one bed with sofa bed. Ours was in the basement so a little dark. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Great shower. The kitchen was clean however it smelt, it was windowless. We didn’t use the room because the smell was so bad. Drain type. Overall location was great, good links.

Arrived and room had not been cleaned. We had three rooms booked. The rooms we stayed in were nothing like the pictures. The window does not open higher than a few cm’s and otherwise we felt that it was expensive for what the furnishings. Bearing in mind at this time a Hilton hotel room in the city would have been cheaper ! The room has no a/c and frankly had a very hard finish look and feel. Not at all homely but perhaps this suits others but was not for us (at the price). We did not have a great customer experience when interacting with management while trying to find some resolutions to switch rooms. There are def cons to the no onsite staff approach.

Our room was noisy from both the street outside and the hallway. The shower was blocked with a previous resident's hair. We had to stand on the back of a sofa to close the curtains - clearly a safety risk. We were guaranteed a parking space and given a code to unlock a bollard on that space, but on our final evening we returned to find someone had unlocked the bollard and taken our space. No one answered our calls to seek help. The TV was in a very awkward place to watch. I could go on .... This used to be our favourite place to stay in Bristol; we used it for many years when it was independently owned. It is now an awful place to stay. Stay clear!

I have been coming to this perfect place during the 3 years that my daughter has studied at the University of Bristol.The Brunel suite is fantastic as well as the other rooms.The great team and Lorraine always attentive.I totally recommend it.excellent and clean.Thks Lorraine!
