The room was really good value. We were in town for one night to see a concert and it was right next to the venue (The Fleece). Its location is great, the beds are comfy and the staff are friendly... But when we woke up there were bugs and insects all over our beds. I'm not sure what they were but they were jumping and all over the place. We're lucky we didn't spot them before we slept otherwise we wouldn't have slept at all.
Comfortable room with all amenities needed. Only a few mins walk from Temple Meads Rail Station. Plenty of USB sockets in room. Located in a central but quiet area of the city. Good value for money.
Average stay. Place has seen better days and looks very run down in areas. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is probably the best feature but be warned it gets very busy with drunken people leading up to the weekend.
Felt very welcome on arrival. Desk staff, very helpful. Room had all the facilities that I would have liked, and the room was clean and well.maintained. At the time of my stay, there was building work over the road, however, the noise was minimal once window was closed. Would stay there again.
The hotel was in very good location near to the center, the room was so clean and the service nice the Greek lady named Aleka was so sweet and kind and professional we will come back that is for sure..
The staff was supersweet! Especially this lady named ALEKA! Like the sweet bear! She also had a good knowledge of the city. She flushed all the knowledge onto me. The room was in good condition. A solid 9!
Travelodge great but resent paying clean air zone charge for travel on way in and out at £9 each way. Felt this was a total rip off by Bristol City Council and would deter us from coming back to support local business.
We booked two rooms for two nights at a very reasonable charge, even with a full selection breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean as was the hotel. Comfortable bed and very good shower. Basic service but that is expected. We were delighted to have a cafe for breakfast, and if you wanted a bar it was open in the evening. Good location.
No available free parking in the parking garage either nights I stayed. This hotel does not have free WiFi. If you are from outside the country find somewhere lease to stay if you need WiFi and parking.
We had a good stay at the hotel in terms of cleanliness, welcoming, location, the room was nice. However we were given room 101 which was right next to the staircase, lifts, reception, and a heavy hallway door. These things should have been considered especially when giving a room to 3 people who it was not as easy to just move rooms etc. The noise from these things kept us up all night and really was not great. It was nighttime when we got to the room and sleep was needed but did not happen due to the noise.
