Staff are very friendly and helpful we have stayed at Mitchell lane a few times and always had a friendly welcome. Rooms are very clean and comfortable we would definitely continue to use this hotel and highly recommend it

Staff here were very helpful and friendly. All requests were dealt with really well. Five minutes from Temple Meads in a quiet location. With the current weather however air conditioning would have made stay more comfortable although fans are provided.

phone the number on payment metre and quote number on machine, you only pay half of what non guests pay.
