Good location, clean, tidy but no breakfast. At £100 per night, I was extremely surprised that breakfast was not included. Disappointing to be honest. Rooms were clean, tidy and bed comfortable however air con did not work and room too got to sleep.

Dear Darryl H Thank you for taking time to provide a review following your stay with us at Leonardo Hotel Bristol City. I am so pleased to learn that you found the hotel to be in a good location, central to Bristol Temple Meads Rail Station and the city centre and that the hotel was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Like all hotels, our rates change with demand and we offer guests the option to reserve the bedroom only or to include breakfast at the booking stage. I am assuming that you chose the room only rate when you made your reservation. Unfortunately I cannot locate your reservation from your Tripadvisor name so I cannot confirm either way. We have air conditioning throughout all guest bedrooms and this can be controlled in the room by the guest. Our air conditioning is service regularly and can be changed from warm to cool from the individual bedroom control. The team can override the bedroom controls from a central unit if guests are having difficulty and I do hope that you raised your concerns with the team and they were able to assist you. Once again, thank you for your feedback and I do hope that we can welcome you to our hotel again should you returnt o Bristol. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern. Bathroom is big by UK standards. Breakfast was usual British fare. Would highly recommend staying here. Hotel is close to the central area of Bristol. Only downside is if you’re on a tour, it’s not easy for coaches to find parking.

Second time we’ve visited. Really good service and excellent breakfast. The hotel is well laid out and modern with a fitness room. Handy for the railway station and the city centre. Thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely clean, modern hotel. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Although no car park on site, there was one about 200 yards down the road which was convenient enough and also discounted by the hotel. We decided to have an evening meal at the hotel and were extremely happy with the quality of the food. Breakfast was also very, very good. All of the staff throughout the whole of our visit were helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be coming back again.

My daughter and I checked in to the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol, England on September 17, 2023, we were there for just one night. We were greeted with a beautiful lobby and very friendly staff. We check in to our room and we had two queen sized beds( extremely comfortable I want one for my house)a giant TV, free Wi-Fi and a spacious bathroom and shower. The room as well as the whole hotel, was decorated exquisitely. We ate in their restaurant for dinner that evening, everything was very good, the wait staff were very friendly. The next morning we headed down to the dinning room for breakfast, they had a buffet with a very nice selection to choose from. We really enjoyed it. Check out was a breeze. The only down side of this hotel is the parking, they do not have a parking lot at the hotel, instead they use a public parking lot which you receive a discounted rate, it is located just a few minutes walk down the street from the hotel. Booked 2 rooms as friends stayed with us on this trip, our 3rd time at this hotel, our friends 1st time to Bristol. Excellent hotel, great rooms service food cleanliness superb. Perfect location from temple meads Station and to walk into city. Recommend for sure, will stay again when in Bristol.

The hotel is fairly central - it is clean , bright and the bedrooms and bar/ bfast area are great! The stand out of this hotel though is the staff! Peter who works on reception was so friendly knowledgable and kind! He welcomed me into the hotel at check in with enthusiasm and a genuine warmth! How lovely! Later my partner showed up after a very long drive - Peter could not have been more helpful - speaking to him on the phone giving directions and guiding him to somewhere to park! Above and beyond especially as he had finished his shift! Great stay will definitely return home

Lovely hotel, the welcome we got was warm, the bedroom was very clean and a good size, the bathroom was a good size and the shower very large he breakfast was exceptional, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel, we have booked to come back in November, love it.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are fantastic especially Elliott and Dan, they went above and beyond. As it was our 35th wedding anniversary the bedroom had sparkles, balloons and a bottle of prosecco. Will certainly come again. A big thanks to Cloe and the rest of the staff. Food is incredible. Will certainly come again.
