We stayed here for an overnight as we were due to fly out from Bristol airport the next day. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and the Cabot Circus shopping centre. The entrance was initially confusing to find as it is off the main st and there’s not much signage. The hotel is situated close to busy roads and is in a bit of a rough area. We left the hotel to go out in the early evening and there was a group of noisy males drinking on the street close to the hotel entrance which was a little uncomfortable for my young family. Inside the hotel it was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and we were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked in which was a nice touch. Our room was well equipped and very clean. The view was not great though as it was of the construction site next door however we weren’t disturbed by any noise. Unfortunately breakfast was a bit of a let down. The selection wasn’t as good compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The hot food was lukewarm, overcooked and dry and we found the croissants too hard eat. Overall it was good for an overnight.

Dear Tee N Thank you for taking time to provide a review following your recent stay with us at Leonardo Hotel Bristol City. I am sorry to learn that whilst you found your stay was OK, we were unable to make it a positive one for you on this occasion. The team do try hard to make every stay a memorable one. Please be assured that we are currently reviewing signage to the hotel. As we are a new build we are still finding our feet a little and it is only by listening to our guests we understand what additional touches are needed. I am pleased to note that you found the hotel to be clean and modern and the team friendly - I hope you enjoyed your complimentary welcome drinks. Our hotel is situated in the vibrant business sector of Bristol and whilst construction work is still going on in the area, it is certainly not a rough area or an area of concern. I believe that the group of people you mention could be part of one of the construction teams working in the locality. Please accept my apologies about the temperature of the breakfast and the quality of the croissants. Feedback such as this is very uncommon and I have fed this back to our Head Chef to look into and check that all hotplates are in good working order. I do hope that you mentioned your concerns to the team at the time so they were able to resolve this for you. Once again, thank you for your feedback and I do hope that you would choose to stay with us again should you return to Bristol. Kind regards Steven Devine General Manager steven_devine@jurysinns.com

Great hotel, friendly staff, well maintained and just a stone throw away from the city's amenities. Only downside is that they don't have hotel parking but have partnered to two parking locations with discounted rate. Definitely going to return to this place!

Staff were welcoming, efficient, polite, friendly. The room was incredibly clean and well appointed. Comfy bed! The shower was hot with plenty of water pressure, shower gels and toiletries were lovely and of very good standard. Coffee and breakfast were delicious. Décor in the lobby and bar was well designed with a great colour scheme. Andrea in reception/front desk was a star. We will return for certain on our next trip to Brissle xx

The hotel and rooms are nicely designed and spacious. The location is good and is walking distance from the station. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was visibly dirty and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The toilet had also not been wiped down properly.

Dear P M Thank you for taking time to provide a review following your recent stay with us at Leonardo Hotel Bristol City. I am so sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the standard of housekeeping. I do hope that you raised your concerns at the time with the Duty Manager who would have been more than happy to address your concerns whilst with us.
