This place is wonderful, check in is super easy and the rooms are very clean. Staff are welcoming at the motel and also at the diner. It feels very relaxed but standards are high and staff seem to be authenticity themselves. This is my second stay. Incredible to find something so good so close to the M5. Just had a cocktail in the garden !

Handy for the M4 and M5. Excellent, 11kW, bookable car charging. There is an all-night bar. The rooms are comfortable and the diner is excellent for breakfast. This is in a way similar to the Moxy chain in that it is simple, good value, unfussy but with three or four unexpected things which other budget hotels don't offer - which together combine to make it a great experience. The all-night barman was delightful, by the way.

Stopped at Mollie's Diner on the way back from a long weekend away. Been looking forward to eating here for ages and we weren't disappointed. On arrival staff were really friendly and we were seated quickly. We were served by Izzy who was fantastic and our food order arrived quickly. Everything tasted great and although we really didn't need to order dessert, we couldn't leave without trying the cherry pie! Prices reasonable too. Will definitely return and want to stay at the motel next time.

Lovely food, friendly atmosphere, hard working and helpful staff and the decor is inviting and modern! Love the little extras like charging stations for your phone at the booths! The food wasn’t overpriced and very good sized portions, the kids milkshakes were huge!

I stayed here as part of a stag do in May 2023. The location near Cribbs Causeway means its is right next to the M5 and is easy to find. There are 2 ajoining buildings; 1 is the restaurant, the other is the bar and accomodation. There is plenty of parking with electric parking places too. When entering you are greeted with a reception/bar. Check in is easy, with friendly staff. There is some seating inside however this can fill up quickly. There is plenty of weather dependant seating outside. The decor is modern throughout. Free tea and coffe is available in this area. The rooms have keycard access, with additional cards provided when needed. I shared a 4 berth room with 2 bunk beds, sat alongside each other. Space is generally limited in the rooms with ajoining rooms apparenty possible. The beds are comfortable, but small. Being someone tall, I found I had to sleep at an angle. There are 2 pillows on each bed, with plug sockets and lamps in each berth. Climbing into the beds can be tricky, with small steps on each, again problematic if you are tall. The bathrooms are good with a toilet and shower, basin and mirror are in the room area, seperate from the toilet and shower. The shower in itself is excellent; a rain shower, with amendable power and temperature settings. The breakfast is excellent with a real american diner feel, good choices and generally good quality food. The location at the egde of Bristol does mean you are relying on public transport/ubers for access to the city centre. All in all a good stay, suitable for short stays and groups. Downside would be the sizes of the rooms and beds.

I went to the diner with a large group of friends after visiting Ninja Warrior. I understand that a large group who haven't booked can be a pain, so was happy that they were able to accommodate us. However, this was the only good point. There seemed to be a lot of rules, including not being able to split the bill and only sitting in certain areas to eat. This is also not an issue, it was more the way it was presented to us, as though we were going to be an issue for them. The waiter brought out drinks only to forget what was what and having to guess who to give it to or whether it was alcoholic. Luckily we managed to deduce from what was said on the menu and who had ordered what that everyone had the correct drinks. This turned out to be amusing, but could have gone the other way had one of the drivers ended up inadvertently having a cocktail rather than a mocktail. This was followed by my meal being brought out wrong. I'd stated I was vegan and was brought a Salmon Salad. There was a lot of fuss about it being changed and I realised after that I was charged for the extra salmon, along with a very cheeky service charge that, due to the circumstances up to this point, I wouldn't have chosen to pay. (This was in the small print, didn't say optional and we only noticed after we'd paid, hence the cheeky comment). The waiter was also rude. When the Mayo was brought out he said something along the lines of, 'we only do vegan Mayo, gross'. When my other vegan friend gave him a look that could kill he tried back tracking. You don't comment about the food you are putting down on someone's table, regardless of your personal feelings. To top it off I started feeling incredibly ill on the journey home and had to pull over to vomit. I have since vomited again, incredibly violently. It has all the hallmark symptoms of having eaten something I shouldn't have, beginning with an incredibly bloated stomach and acid reflux. The food was quite nice, but since it's made me very ill I can only assume there was cross contamination of dairy or meat products in the kitchen, as this is how my body reacts when that happens (unfortunately this has happened before in another establishment). Overall, a mediocre experience that I won't be doing again, followed by a worse experience at home as a result.

Stayed overnight at Mollies and was hugely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. Very chic and a little Scandinavian feel. Staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Would have no hesitation in staying here again - high recommended if staying in Bristol. Only thing I would add is although the Diner is very convenient, I was pretty underwhelmed by it. Simple things like asking for Diet Coke and getting full fat normal Coke (I can taste the difference!) are poor service. What if I was diabetic? The burger I had was small and unadventurous and merely consisted of a burger, piece of lettuce and slice of tomato on a bun. Fries were dry and powdery so I left most of them. It was also very expensive. My advice would be to order something from a golden arches or 5 chaps instead. Room 1 - Diner 0

Really nice little hotel, for £100 a night it’s exceptional value, bed was big and comfortable and room has everything you need and more including a Dyson hairdryer and cloud 9 straighteners. The decor of the hotel is lovely and modern, the rooms were lovely! The car park is vast and free! The diner next door was nice- average food ok for the price but I probably wouldn’t eat here again. Would definitely stay at the motel and would highly recommend.

The staff at the diner were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious! We decided to celebrate a kids' birthday party there with five children, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The kids were absolutely amazed by the milkshakes, and I personally enjoyed one of the best Caesar Salads I've ever had. We left with happy hearts and full bellies, already planning our next visit. Thank you so much to the staff for providing us with such a fantastic experience. We truly had the best time!
