We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist Residence in Bristol. We stayed for one night in the cheapest room option and the attention to detail and level of comfort provided was exceptional. The bed was cloud like and the details were simple, miminmalstic, tasteful and cosy. Everything has been well thought out, from the full length mirror with the plug underneath to the design and care in the bathroom. Bramley products are my favourite. Shower was hot with good pressure. The lounge/breakfast area was well thought out, rustic and charming. Lots of nice options for breakfast with good quality ingredients. Would like another option for something warm for brekkie just for a bit more choice. The location was perfect and we had a lovely walk up to Koocha mezze bar and then on to the Watershed cinema. Would recommend both places highly. We would love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist Residence Bristol. The team were helpful, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Club suite. It is big, spacious and comfortable with big windows looking out onto the square. Our kids stayed in a smaller twin down the hall but we relaxed together in the seating area of the suite. We found the Artist Residence to be well located for many of Bristol's attractions. We ate out at some really good restaurants, which I booked in advance on the advice of Dan. Some of the top restaurants in Bristol are quite small, so booking is essential. Overall we had a super lovely stay and our grateful thanks to the Artist Residence team for making us so comfortable and welcome.

This place is like soho house but with a more relaxed/homely feel. It feels like you are a guest in someone’s house rather than being in a hotel. Bed was also extremely comfortable and the negronis were excellent! Staff were also lovely.

We were so lucky to stay here while visiting family in Bristol over Christmas. Everything at the hotel is wonderful - beautifully styled, a welcoming atmosphere and they love dogs too. To top it all off because so many people had cancelled their trips due to Covid we were upgraded to the most stunning suite. That made our Christmas - everyone is so attentive and make staying there feel so effortless. This is by far the best hotel in Bristol and will make it our go-to every time.
