I stayed the night before my brain surgery with my husband and daughter, they stayed on an extra night while I was in hospital. When I was looking for a hotel I rang several looking for on site parking and no one had any, on explaining the stressful situation parveen said she would reserve us a parking space right outside...

This was my first location to stay in Bristol. Nice experience, nice location, welcoming staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, neat and clean with all the amenities, bathroom was quite spacious, Bar is there , you can chill and relax after office. It is near to city center also , walkable distance.

Prime Clifton location off Pembroke Road, easily walking distance to the Triangle or Clifton Village, limited parking at the hotel itself so you may have to drive around to find a space on a street nearby. Price wise it is better than other Clifton options, however, you definitely pay a premium to stay in Clifton. Note that in the small...

Noisy, draughty windows that bang incessantly all night. Noise from the bar below until around midnight and then residents returning and banging doors until 2 in the morning. Had booked for 2 nights, booked an alternative hotel for the second night. Would never ever go back. Kingsize bed, was actually 2 singles zipped together , which dipped in the middle,...

I stayed here for only a night so I could see a concert at a local venue. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. They gave me a map and had recommendations for fun things to do in the town. The room was on the top floor with a shared bathroom. I didn't realize that when I booked it and...

I found a deal on website for a double room for £77, it's quite central to Bristol and advertised parking...when I got there there are only two free parking spaces, with 90% of spaces in the surrounding streets residential and the rest allowing maximum parking of 3 hours!!! I had to park a few miles away at a cost of...

I had read other reviews before visiting and wasn't expecting 5 star luxury, just a clean, comfortable hotel to get a good night's sleep. I knew it was located near some bars and it was on the main road, so a few drunk students were to be expected. I stayed for two nights. The first night was a room located...

It was the festive season with a week to go until Xmas, but when we arrived there were no Xmas decorations in sight, we asked the receptionist why and he told us that the owners of the hotel are Muslims. We were directed to our room and had the continuous sound of creaking floor boards as we walked up stairs...

This hotel is well decorated and very, very clean. It is in a prime location for visiting the centre of Bristol and yet is still quite and relaxing. Excellent shower and comfy bed, a little soft for my personal taste but I do like a very hard mattress. The staff were very accommodating especially as I arrived 4 hours before...

Average room but with a good size king bed. Tired looking bathroom with handheld shower in the bath. Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Lots of stairs if your room is on the higher floors. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. No hot breakfast available here, just continental style on offer. Parking is very limited, even trying to...
