Great location in centre of town, lots of eating/drinking options nearby. Friendly staff and nice room. Only slight issue was a lack of mattress for cot but this was quickly rectified with extra bedding to make it comfortable.

Lovely room and all staff really helpful. Wished I could've stayed longer. Lost my key card Jean sorted a new keycard with no fuss. If you need quiet room then a riverside one would be better. Hope to visit again soon

Staff are very friendly and genuine. The room is an older style but very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was super comfy. Fabulous central location too, near the harbour. The two hospitality staff in the restaurant (Bar & Block) were outstanding , Bec and James.

Good service, checking in was at 3pm, booking out at 12 noon so no rush. Great sized room, comfortable bed and all the things I needed ie hairdryer, make up mirror. Clean & secure, comfortable, room, it was a little on the cool side but I didn't try and adjust it.

We were a family of four staying in 2 x twin rooms but were really disappointed with the quality of the decor in the rooms, plus the fact that even though it was advertised as twin rooms the reality was that the beds were so close together they may as well have been double beds. Also, the noise from the bar next door was really loud music and shouting until 1am - not good when you have a 12 year old child trying to sleep! When I complained, the receptionist could not have been less interested.

We've stayed here before and came again as the location is excellent - in the old city and a short walk to the harbourside area. We were in room 301, very large and no other room next to us so no noise from other guests. Reception staff were very friendly, always greeted us on arriving/leaving the hotel. Housekeeping isn't done automatically, but you can request it. There is a supply of tea/coffee etc at reception that you can help yourself too if you need more supplies.

I was awoken by footsteps above. This is an issue structurally rather than other guests being thoughtlessly noisy. I love Premier Inn as a brand and have never had reason to complain before, despite numerous stays, so felt confident that they’d refund my room in accordance with their “Goon Night’s Sleep Guarantee” but they haven’t and the emails I’ve received regarding it are disrespectful. They were my go-to hotel, always. I feel really let down.

Building could do with a major upgrade and refurbishment. Very dark and limited in space inside. Passing traffic on the road will vibrate on the inside walls. Breakfast menu says vegan on continental option. No vegan or dairy free items put out during breakfast. Rooms were not smelling fresh.

As always the premier inn hotel chain is among the best in value for money. No compromise in sleep quality, perfect mattress, huge room that everything is brand new, perfect air conditioning system, flat TV, room that is quiet as nobody can imagine, safety. In this hotel you get 5 star service in room and sleep quality. What is missing and you are actually not paying is the absence of lobby. Me, personally I wouldn’t pay for it. But I wouldn’t either go to a hotel with a bad and old room and bathroom. This premier inn hotel is amazing. Just amazing. There is nothing more that you can ask from a hotel and everything in a bargain price. Also a cheap in price but not in quality breakfast that will give satisfaction. The location of this particular hotel in Bristol was not only excellent but exceptional. For every single penny spent on this hotel, customer gets 100% satisfaction. This is why I will choose premier inn. There is even free of charge Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We stayed at this Premier Inn as we went to see a matinée show at the Bristol Hippodrome. The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and provided a great base for our short break in Bristol. Breakfast was served next door and was excellent value and freshly cooked with table service.
