This was our second stay at West India House in a one bed apartment, previously on the 2nd floor and this time the top floor. It is like a miniature home form home, with all mod cons that now includes free WiFi. Located in the centre of Bristol overlooking the waterway it is ideal for the shops, markets, theatres, museums,...

Clean, spacious, and thoughtful apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there with my grandmother and sister. There was more than enough space for the 3 of us. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We had a terrible experience at geometric blue service apartment, so initially worried about the booking of saco west india house studio apartment, but no other choice, as most of bristol's hotel were fully booked . Not stayed with SACO before but would certainly do so again. Clean , spacious accommodation with thoughtful extras . The kitchen was well equipped...

We could not get into a hotel for a weekend stay in Bristol so booked into a studio apartment . Not stayed with SACO before but would certainly do so again. Clean , spacious accommodation with thoughtful extras . The kitchen was well equipped and separated from the main room by a door so did not hear fridge noise for...

This flat had everything we needed for a weekend. Lots of extras - chocolate, cereal, biscuits etc. Brilliant shower and large towels. Extremely clean and quiet at night. A great location from which to explore Bristol. Will definitely stay here again.

I was given a door entry code via email prior to my visit. When I arrived (midnight), that code turned out to be wrong. So, I had to call them up to get the correct code (thank god I had a UK sim with enough balance this time; c'mon I am a tourist!). Weekly service for cleaning up the apartment...

This was my first SACO experience and will not be my last. Everything was made easy by the accessible, kind staff from the start. The apt was clean, large, quiet, and perfectly equipped for myself and daughter. We had at first booked for one night, though had no trouble adding on a second. When we called to ask about leaving...

This is a very well run apartment block; clean, well looked after with friendly, unobtrusive staff and in a great location. Our son is staying there for several months while working in Bristol, and we've also booked there when visiting him for a couple of days, so can confirm that it's excellent for a short trip or a longer stay....

Working in Bristol for a couple of months and this is so much nicer than living in an hotel. I agree with all the positive comments already left and really have nothing negative to say at all - perfect :-)

I stayed in the SACO West India House apartments in late November. The apartment I was allocated was a large studio apartment. It was well equipped, nicely decorated and maintained and had beautiful river views. I would definitely stay here again, recommended! If broadband had been included in the cost of the apartment rental then this property would have received...
