Avoid at all costs. Incredibly woeful service in the evening, rude, unhelpful, bully security staff, paired with inept reception staff makes for an experience I wish I had avoided. There's tons of other hotels within the city centre, book them or an Airbnb, you'll have a way better time.

The hotel is centrally located in Bristol, so easy access to the main attractions in the centre of Bristol. Lots of restaurants located close by. The rooms are simply furnished but of high quality, with comfortable beds.

Excellent hotel centrally located for SS Great Britain and shopping centre with Christmas Markets. Hotel staff courteous, helpful and polite. Hotel is clean but is showing signs of a little wear and tear. Rooms are sound proofed and we heard no outside noise with the windows closed. All in all good value for money in a good location on the water front close to bars and restaurants. Public, chargeable Millennium car park and part of the Christmas Market are right outside the hotel. Bratwurst for lunch.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst on business. It’s a cheap hotel, the room was clean if very basic. It was what I expected, good location, and value for money. The breakfast was buffet style and good value. Al the staff I dealt with were friendly & helpful.
