We where on the 4th floor right under a massive air conditioning unit on the roof. It made such a loud sound through out the night. Now what makes me angry with this is that there are about 9 other complaints about this on TA, and the hotel have responded to them therefore they know this is an issue. Why... More

This was my second stay at the Ibis the first was 6 years ago. The reception and bar has changed for the better since then. Also the breakfast has improved from just continental to both hot and continental. My room felt a bit dated especially the TV and the pod style bathroom. Overall it was a good stay and I... More

Modern, clean with convenient meal facilities. Very convenient car parking (Which has accurate Sat Nav. Post Code and straight across the road from main entrance) and an easy walk into town. The staff were very helpful.

We had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but this was offset by the very warm welcome we received from a most helpful and efficient receptionist. We were expecting a somewhat pokey room, but were pleasantly surprised by the size and how well it was equipped with ultra modern furnishings. The bathroom appeared very small, but it was so well... My partner and I went to visit the city to see Beth Hart at Colston Hall in November. The hotel was ideally placed to attend this venue. Also in the area around the hotel were many restaurants and a real ice rink in @Bristol. During our visit to the city we met with such friendly people, even the wet weather... More

Very firm but comfy bed, small room, one piece shower room, quiet. Breakfast was basic. Good for 1 or 2 nights but wouldn't want to stay longer. Oddly it had a shoe shine in reception which I never use as I think they're s bit demeaning.

Great location and parking on your doorstop (for £16 a night!) everything is around you for a great evening, restaurant after restaurant with offerings from all the major chains. The Hotel was quiet at night with a reasonable room and a great shower. Breakfast was an experience I wouldn't want to repeat but the toast and honey was acceptable, the... More

Dear Ian, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. If you want to go clubbing in Bristol or to the theatre, the next-door casino, or anything which is near the centre, then this place is ideally positioned. Went to the casino for an event during the day and had free parking as well. This was Halloween weekend when the whole area was full of party-goers, and inspite of the... More
