After a long day and with an early morning flight I checked in and was given playground position 111. Children and babies running up and down the corridor. Poor people seeking a better life squeezed into rooms. I complain I need a quiet room and was given a privelige 142 and promised I would get a sleep there were no children and all would be good. The playground continues and the fire alarm has went twice. Reception apologise and say it will get better. This was an amazing hotel but I am afraid it is now ina do not pass go. The security guard at the door just lets everything go on. I have no words

Nice stay- cannot fault the room at all was lovely and cleans and had everything we needed! Pillows were small but the bed itself was comfortable. The drinks are so expensive at this hotel though! £5.20 odd for a red bull? Also they nearly charged us more than what our booking was so definitely double check that. Had free room upgrade though so that was amazing.

Did not have a nice stay here firstly our room was given to us right next to the hallway where there was CONSTANT noise, we could hear plugging and unplugging of the hoover at 8am. constant noise of people coming up and down the hallway, children screaming, and people talking, walls seemed very thin, we could also hear people playing games of pool outside our room at early hours this resulted in us getting little to no sleep our entire stay, Secondly the bathroom was filthy, hairs left in the shower and there was no remote to turn on the tv, grime in the corners. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Appalling, no working aircon, no windows that open. It’s a franchise so the staff can’t move you to a hotel that can fore full the basic requirements of not being 20 plus degrees at night! In a world; shambles Turn right and as others have mentioned it’s not bohemian, it’s the bronx.

The privilege room with a king size bed was excellent apart from a big stain on the carpet. Toiletries were good, as was the espresso coffee machine. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. When you leave the hotel on foot it is safest to turn left as turning right will take you to what the Bronx was like in the 1970s. The biggest minus was the children running up and down the corridors during the day. I would be surprised if this hotel was not part of a scheme administered by the Home Office, which will certainly damage its reputation.

Avoid if you like to open widows. The windows don't open at all, the room was stuffy and warm. I was advised the hotel's policy is not to allow windows to be opened. The room thermostat is also centrally controlled and was set to warm. Not a good experience.

Had one night in Bristol (which we loved, incidentally) as apart of a ladies' weekend getaway. Accommodation in the UK is so absurdly expensive these days and the circa £150 was the best price for a good level of accommodation. Our rooms were excellent, spacious, clean, and, mercifully, quiet - despite a couple of hen parties in the house. Even had our own espresso machines, although of course as usual I couldn't get the wretched thing to work.

Don’t go anywhere near this hotel. Parties in neighbouring rooms and the staff and security not willing to stop them. People allowed to be out of control not only in multiple rooms, but along the corridor too. No doubt allowed as their big group booking was worth more ££ then mine. We moved rooms at 10pm but didn’t really sleep.

Noisy and the hotel standards appear to have dropped considerably since last visit. Regular stayer in Bristol with experience of mist of the hotels. This one has gone from my top 3 to never again. To the credit of the staff who appear to be at best miserable when I asked for a room change due to amount of kids running around the corridors they did move me. The room was clean but mattress was absolutely knackered , I did raise this with reception on way out. Breakfast good as always but that is the only good news. Appears to be more security and the area appears to have gone downhill rapidly. Will stay away from now on.
