Very helpful staff and everything was clean. Room was ok but the heating only had 2 settings 17/19 and the duvet was so light it didn't have a tog rating. shower was fiddley but ok when you mastered it. Good breakfast. wont stay again only because it was just an average typical corporate hotel with nothing outstanding to remember it by.

Booked a twin room was advised if the room was ready we could buck in early but whe arrived was told it was £10 per hour extra as I’m disabled and need to lay down to tack my medication as Iv high blood pressure, diabetes and recovering from cancer and the room is ready it’s a bit of a piss tack. But the room is nice and clean with comfortable beds and a good shower Stop asking for more money it’s degrading to your firm

Dear andybate1967, Thanks for taking the time to share feedback following your recent stay with us here at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol City Centre hotel. Firstly, it is great to read that you found our hotel team to be very friendly and your assigned room to be nice, clean with comfortable beds. Regarding your comment about early check-in, our hotels check-in time as advertised is 3pm and whilst early check-in may be possible, it is dependent on availability at time of arrival and subject to a small fee unless a member of the Hilton Honors loyalty programme. In closing, I can only hope that you did enjoy your stay and that you would not be deterred from staying with a Hilton property in the future. I would also highly recommend joining our free loyalty programme (online or in-house) to make the most of the many benefits we offer for our Hilton Honors members including but not limited to early check-in, upgraded WiFi and use of Hilton's Digital Key. Kind Regards Mark Keeley-Swistek Deputy General Manager

Staff were pleasant but the hotel was average at best. Location good for Stokes Croft but walking through the Bear Pit at night to get to town not the best experience with kids. Breakfast is free but not great quality. We went at 10am (stops at 10.30) and very little available and what there was looked unappealing. Room A/C didn’t work so was cold - staff provided a heater which was helpful. Ok for a night but wouldn’t revisit.

Dear Ma22yStar, Thanks for taking the time to share feedback following your recent stay with us here at the Hampton by Hilton Bristol City Centre hotel. Here at Hampton, we strive to deliver a warm, friendly and sincere customer experience so it is great to read that you found our hotel team to be pleasant throughout your stay. We usually receive very positive comments regarding our complimentary Hampton breakfast so I can only apologise should the buffet have not been fully replenished by the time you came down for breakfast. That being said, a team member is always available within our breakfast area and had you spoken to them, they would have arranged for replacement items to be cooked fresh to order for you and your family. In closing, we hope that this experience would not deter you from considering our hotel again for a return visit in the not so distant future. Kind Regards Mark Keeley-Swistek Deputy General Manager

Benefits: • The hotel took account of our wishes and provided a room on a high floor with a view • Spacious room with good lighting • Nice interior • Spacious and comfortable shower room • Great breakfast included in the room rate • Very polite and helpful staff. Special thanks to Elina! Drawbacks: • The furniture is worn out. There are breaks, scratches and dirt marks • Room service must be ordered a day in advance each time • The room is very cold, but the air conditioning/heater solves this problem

Excellent location for shops and restaurants. Breakfast was fine but maybe could offer more variety of hot food. Room was lovely but no bath and not enough tea/coffee/milk. The beds were comfy but very creaky. Some hooks in room or more coat hangers in wardrobe would be helpful. Cleaning staff were quite loud in corridor in the morning. Check-in took a while but staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Shower gel pump did not work.
