It is a bit misleading to say the Malvern is boutique but that does not detract from the experience. I was warmly greeted and shown my single room which had a bed, desk and a decent ensuite bathroom. The TV was modern with a full range of free view channels. I had to put the kettle on the floor as...

Recently stayed with my partner when visiting family in the area. The room itself was fine, clean and tidy but basic. Nothing homely, TV was very small and bed too soft. Breakfast was confusing as there were no menus or any indication of what was on offer other then 3 cereals, fruit and yoghurts. When a member of staff came she...

Basic but very clean with a good size double room with fast wifi - which was important so I could work. Well located for the Cressex Park/Lincoln Road business parks. Anita was helpful and friendly. Skipped breakfast as I was leaving early so no comment on that.

Very reluctant to leave a negative review as I think this place could be great with a little attention to detail. The young woman who greeted us could not have been nicer or more professional; very welcoming and helpful. Place was nice and mostly clean, however, shower was dirty, bathroom fittings rusty and the coffee cups were so filthy my...

I booked this place because we were looking for overnight accommodation whilst we did a winery tour at Chiltern Valley Winery. This Accommodation was cheapest in the area at the time and also offered breakfast. Has its own good access parking area, a few shops and garage close by and a short driving distance to High Wycombe, which has a...

We stayed one night and were impressed with the cleanliness and value. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The situation is out of town but there is a very good Indian restaurant within easy walking distance. We would certainly be happy to return whenever we are next in the area

We stayed here for one night- the room was a good size and had the necessary tv and wifi. All spotlessly clean and well kept. The breakfast was ample with cereals and scrambled egg. We were in room 10 on the top floor- nice and quiet with a large roof window so plenty of fresh air overnight and not overlooked....

This is a very comfortable B&B with plenty of parking. Situated in a mainly residential area it was perfectly situated for our needs. Our room was quite large with a good sized bathroom. Comfortable bed, plenty of hanging and storage space. Tea and coffee making facilities and free wi-fi is a nice touch. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Located near supermarkets very clean and tidy. The polish lady working here is very friendly and will go out if her way to help you. Rooms are clean back garden is nice and tidy no noise at all. Peaceful sleep. The only thing you will need is an iron they do not provide one.

Good breakfast--clean room--helpful & friendly staff--located by busy road--some traffic noise. Lower price than average for area .BUT the bed was old and not comfortable--spoiled an otherwise decent place. Would go elsewhere next time, even if it cost more.
