It was very a friendly environment I enjoyed every second of it. The food was amazing and so was the staff was helpful as for the best and most helpful person was the hotel manager I believe her name was Ewelina she was helpful and kind and when we asked her question she would answer in such a polite manner I really appreciate this especially being with my family my wife and 3 kids we enjoyed the stay and it was very welcoming so we really appreciate you. Would for sure recommend and I will for sure come back very soon

Spent £150 on the room for two night, which was a decent price, however we spent short of £40 for breakfast for 2 days which was pretty disappointing. Most of the food was hard, cold and stale, extremely bland, no taste at all. I ordered one plate of chips and mini sausages for my son, they came within 50 minutes, I did complain and get a refund from william so thank you william. Unfortunately the chips on ever order I got was under cooked. The food is a massive disappointment. The room was clean, nothing really wrong with the room just the king size bed was very uncomfortable. But managed to get some sleep on it. The staff are nice though, just mainly the food I think is needed work on. All together we spent £70 on food during our stay, chips, sausage, we got a kids meal, loaded bacon fries and the breakfast and all was very disappointing…

Fantastic, courteous staff, sizeable and clean rooms, great food with super good prices and generous servings too, great breakfast and dinner deals, close to city centre as only need to take one bus to town, would recommend :)

I was really happy to choose Orchard park as the team is outstanding, always going the extra mile to support with whatever you may need. I stayed for only 1 night but hotel delivered what was expected. It’s a 15 years old budget hotel so don’t expect fireworks but the team makes it so much lovable that you forget about the age of the building that is kept well and clean. I will be returning soon thank you for the experience

My wife and I arrived about 11.30 pm on our way home from a holiday. We have stayed in travelodge a number of times and know the hotels to be clean and good value. Roy at reception was very pleasant. Later, around midnight, one of the lenses fell out of my glasses due to a missing screw in the frame. Roy came up with a brilliant solution and provided a needle and thread and used it to tie the frame together at the screw hole. I couldn't see it clearly enough myself so I could only assist. I thought he was very helpful and kind and it made my stay just that little bit better than normal.

I cannot fault our overnight stay here on 27th May...our group of five received excellent customer service, the hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing value and delicious...I would totally recommend this place for anyone needing to stay in Cambridge on business or pleasure.

The hotel was so easy to find and perfectly situated for the visit to Cambridge and Newmarket. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities were clean and well cared for. Parking was right outside the hotel and a Tesco local was just around the corner for the morning papers.

I arrived at the Travelodge after a long journey from Houston, Texas. It was an abrupt trip and I booked my hotel on the airplane the day prior. I checked in at the lobby and William pleasantly asked for my details. He informed me that I had booked for the next weekend and not the current weekend. I told him it was my fault. He gave me the Travelodge customer service number to change the reservation dates but I was having a difficult time dialing the number from a US phone. William went above the call of duty and informed me he can adjust the check in dates from his computer. I was very appreciative and happy. William is an asset to the company and I hope his efforts are recognized.
