If you want to grab a good, ice cold drink & just have a good time then the Rathmore definitely is the place to go! Great vibe, good prices & a perfect selection of snacks & drinks! They also have a B&B. I didn't try it, but if the food is anywhere as good as the food I've tried it's...

We took the only room left in Cambridge and arrived at the Rathmore at noon to find our room was over an Irish pub. Friendly welcome (by patrons and staff). Sheets were clean, showers hot and a large upstairs kitchen to cook our food plus deck to enjoy the sun. However, a pub is a pub, and staff were busy...

Dreadful place, extremely overpriced. Avoid at all costs. Honestly, worst place I have ever stayed in. Really wanted to ask for our money back but my partner wouldn't let me - he's too polite! Nothing else to say really

The Rathmore offers basic accommodation at a reasonable price and has a good lively atmosphere in the evenings. I've stayed here twice now and would go back again. The pub pours a tasty Guinness too. The Rathmore is close to the Junction as well so it's good for staying over after a gig.

Stayed for two nights in a three-bedded room. Relaxed way to spend the weekend, in that you have access to the kitchen to help yourself to tea, cereal, toast etc. We enjoyed watching telly in bed with tea and toast on a Sunday morning, which you couldn't do in a more traditional B&B set-up. Don't stay here if you are...

I stayed as one person for business. It was a three bed room and not especially cheap. It was very basic - Clean but shabby - Bed was worn out & uncomfortable - WiFi didn't work - I could not get the shower to work (one day = dribble, another day fine, third day water but cold) If it had...

I stayed here with my family for one night to see my eldest son graduate. We shared a large room with four single beds in it and an on suite bathroom which was spotless and had a great shower. The only complaint I have about the Rathmore was the neighbouring rooms doors which had door closers attached and closed the...

Three of us (cyclists staying over to watch the Tour de France) stayed here in a room with three single beds and an en suite. The experience was poor to say the least for the £90 we paid, which the owner wanted up front before we even got settled in the room (1st negative). 2nd negative, no full English breakfast...

As mentioned by the others, this was an informal rather chaotic place to stay. At the beginning they could not find a room bookings and went by the printed confirmation that we had. They were very obliging and found room for us very quickly. It is situated above a very friendly pub. This is a "Bed-And-Breakfast" which appears to be...

If your looking for a boring corporate hotel or a traditional B&B or guest house DO NOT stay here. This is a very clean but basic place to stay, however, it's added bonus is that warmth & welcome that you only get with smiling Irish eyes. Join in with the very generous help yourself breakfast kitchen with the other guests...
