Stayed 2 nights in a very comfortable room with King size bed, great bathroom, all beautifully decorated. Christine is a very friendly, helpful host who made me feel very welcome. The B&B is near local shops including some good cafes and bakeries. The bus stop for a short journey into the centre of town is 1 minute walk away - very convenient to avoid driving around central Cambridge. A lovely place to stay.

5 Chapel Street was recommended to us by a friend who had good memories of a stay there a while back, and we will absolutely recommend it to anyone heading to Cambridge too. Christine is the perfect host - her communication in advance of our stay was excellent and she puts a lot of care in to ensuring her guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are grateful that Christine's husband could be on hand so we could check in early, which meant we were able to visit Kettle's Yard on the day we arrived (recommended!) All the lovely touches from homemade biscuits, fresh milk and a selection of books in the room, to a choice of delicious breakfasts showed that care for their guests. The shower was excellent and everything was clean and cosy. We enjoyed the walks in to town and over to Mill Road. Highly recommended - we'd love to return!

Christine was the perfect host and the room was lovely, as was the breakfast. Not too close to the city centre but not too far away either. Nothing was too much trouble - a delightful place to stay if you're visiting Cambridge.

My family were very impressed by 5 Chapel Street. The master suite was palatial and beautifully decorated. The King sized double bed had been adapted into two twin beds for my teenage children. They were very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Our room was also very nicely decorated with an appealing selection of books, a very good shower and all extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were lovely home made biscuits in the rooms, and a wide selection of teas and coffees. The breakfast was outstanding with delicious fresh fruit salad, local sausages and bacon from the Gog butcher out of town and lovely bread from a local butcher. Christine also made wonderful Bircher muesli and kindly sent me the recipe. It is a lovely place to stay, cosy, quiet and comfortable and a short walk to the river and town, which we enjoyed too. Highly recommended.

Christine and her husband were very welcoming. The breakfast choice was excellent and everything we ate was delicious. Nice 20 minute walk over the Cam and across Christs Peice into town. Good on street parking and very quiet area.
