Stayed for a couple of nights to visit Chester and northern Wales. Great athmosphere, perfect location for traffic connections and Chester City. Fantastic hospitality and very friendly and helpful hosts. English when best.

Me and my partner have stayed here over the weekend. Really nice family run hotel. Clean and warm. Breakfast was really nice and Mike checked that we had enough. Offered us a bigger room. Would stay again. 15 minute walk into town. Would recommend.

A pleasant stay with a good breakfast. About a 15 min walk in to the city centre. We had meals in the Lodge Bar ( down the road) and the hotel across the road. I preferred the meal in the lodge bar TBH. Would happily recommend the Bowman Lodge for a short stay.

Both were super clean the twin turned out to be a large family room plenty of room for four adults to relax in . Mike offered breakfast at a time to suit us, which we took up freshly cooked and varied...

Booked here as we were going out for a night out in Chester. Lovely place. very welcoming and helpful. Didn't have the breakfast so I'm unable to comment on that. Did park on the road but that wasn't an issue at all. The bed rooms were clean and towels were available. If I stay in Chester again then I will...
