Clean, well presented guest house with lovely welcoming owners. It was a last minute booking due to another hotel letting me down, I stayed for one night while traveling for work, in a single room. Very spacious, with all amenities needed. Breakfast was also lovely. Travelling alone I felt safe staying here. Only thing I could comment on is the...

Stayed in a twin room whilst visiting on a Christmas shopping trip. Twin room was clean and tidy and adequate for the two of us. The owners of the B&B were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, scrambled eggs with bacon diced into it, was just what I needed to star off the day. Hoole itself a great little...

A very warm welcome got our stay to off to a great start. The location is excellent - with local shops and bars a short walk away, with easy access to Chester centre also. Our room was extremely spacious, very clean and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was also excellent. The owners are really friendly and helpful. I'd...

Turned up and got parked round the corner no problem. Was shown to our room which was very comfortable and spacious. Nice en suite bathroom although shower was slightly weak. Very nice bar over the road for a pint while we waited for a taxi into town (could walk it in 10-15mins but the wife had heals on). The bed...

Spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable throughout. Tasteful decor with plenty of space. Free wifi. On the top floor the 32 steps could be a problem if you have a disability but that is the only negative about our weekend stay. The hosts are warm, friendly and helpful with advice about the city yet none intrusive. Food was fresh and well...

I stayed for just one night on a business trip, the Ba Ba was very clean and well maintained. My room had everything I needed plus some unexpected luxury bathroom products which I would expect to find in an expensive boutique hotel. My bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bed linen clean and fresh. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Friendly...

Just returned from our weekend in Chester. What a wonderful couple run this guest house. We stayed in the top floor room, where we had a King Size Bed. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day. 10 minute walk into Chester. Plenty of bars and shops in Hoole itself. Would certainly recommend...

Recently spent 3 days staying at the Ba Ba visiting Liverpool and Manchester. Close to the city and very close to the railway station. Very nice room, lots of choice at breakfast and well cooked to order. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely b&b. Stayed in the twin room which was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Just a 5 min drive into city centre. Was advised to take the canal route into the centre which was a really good idea. There are restaurants bars and bistros along the canal. Had our evening meal at the Artichoke bar and bistro which was...
