Visited twice and been left disappointed both times. The first time, my friends waited over half an hour before their cold chips arrived. They got told they would get fresh chips but instead they were just microwaved and brought back out. I waited 30 minutes for my dessert and when I asked where it was the women was not very...

Right. The character that remains is amazing but the cleanliness is poor. Everything you touch feels sticky! Tables, chairs, hand rails on the stairs and door handles. Noticed dried vomit down the wall near to the back door! Room adequate and bed really comfy. Wouldn't use shower as full of mould. Plenty of tea & coffee supplies. Parking free which...

Called in for a pub lunch. Amazing Value, lots of offers. Friendly efficient staff and the food was just perfect. There were three of us and there was plenty of variety on the menu and choices of Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks including cock tails. Fantastic atmosphere.

Booked a family room for three adults at George & Dragon on a Friday night, for the bargain price of £93 including breakfast. We fully expected a bit of noise at night being above a pub. The overall stay was good but we were initially greeted with rudeness and had a few slight complaints. We were due to attend a...

We booked this about an hour before we arrived after finding that campsites in the area were pretty similarly priced. We paid £33.33 for the night in a double room, including breakfast. The room was small and basic and there were definitely small fixes that could have helped such as popping a handle on the shower door so you could...

Ok so this place is popular with students down to its location, but I went in recently on a Sunday night and was surprised what a great sports bar it is... Whopping big TV screens everywhere... I reckon it would get Rowdy on occasions but it's a great boozer with lots of seats and I'll certainly be watching my next...

We stay here prior to going to Carfest, arrived late on Saturday night, you pay for car parking but are refunded. Room very nice and comfy bed. Tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was cooked to over and staff were happy to help. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Chester so for...
