One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. We were upgraded to a larger room with an entrance hall, large bathroom and bedroom with a sofa and superking bed. Breakfast was good, table service. If you park in the shoppers car park next door there is a dedicated entrance to the hotel and the hotel will validate your ticket....

I took my Mum for a coffee, and she loved it! It's a really lovely place to visit, where you feel special. Well worth a visit, even if it is just to pop in for a coffee! Also the toilets were lovely, may sound abit daft to some of you folks, but I am quite fussy when it comes to public toilets!

From the moment you pull up at the front of the Grosvenor Hotel you are made to feel special by the smart and professional Doorman in his top hat and tails ! your car is taken for parking and the experience begins. Somehow all the staff at this hotel have learnt to be always there at the right moment but...

This was a special break for myself and my friend. It was a big deal for me to travel away with a friend after suffering with severe anxiety for many years. It's so sad as the afternoon tea at the grosvenor is really good but the first room we were given was an upgraded executive room which opened out on...

I have recently returned from a fabulous weekend stay at The Chester Grosvenor with my mum. We were checked in by Danielle who was super welcoming and friendly. Mum has home oxygen which was to be installed in our room that day by the supplier and Danielle confirmed that the company had been in touch with her, and even checked...

We went for a weekend trip and choose the hotel because of location. Well we were not disPointet, its bang in the middle. We had a room towards the Main Street and it was a bit noisy during night but it did not bother me. Service is fine. Breakfast included at it was fine. As we are in an old...

A 1 night mid-week stay. A fantastic location right in the centre of Chester. If you come by car, the hotel will valet park your car. The room was large and well appointed. I could not fault this hotel. We enjoyed a lovely meal in Michelin star restaurant "Simon Radley".

Me and my wife stayed here for a night to celebrate her Birthday, I would recommend the hotel to everyone!!
