Hotel staff had good service, executive room was big, not much bad to say just that the bed wasn't that comfortable as bed was hard and you only get one pillow BUT we asked for more and they did provide us with some. Also, there isn't many spaces in the carpark which floods when it rains but you can park...

Stayed here for a night and was better than i was expecting. It was clean and more than adequate for a short stay with everything you need. Couldn't complain especially for the price when other hotels were charging more than double for the same night.

Was short on time and needed a place to stay. Although the staff are friendly , the place is worn down. Due to the condition of the first room: - items in bathroom broke and mouldy - bed uncomfortable/aged - mildew smell -towels threadbare I requested for a move. The 2nd room much better however extremely basic and have to...

The hotel is sufficient for a short break, but could do with a lick of paint here and there. We had no problems with our room, which was clean and tidy and adequate for our needs. There was plenty of storage and the bathroom was clean. Cleaner was really nice. Don't think I would book it any longer than a...

Certainly stay somewhere else. Shower is luke warm and dribbles out, room is very cold, not a great dinner menu and bar closes at 11 sharp. Room above us had a party until 3am. Much better hotels within walking distance. Hungry horse next door serves a range of food so if you Re staying at the hotel pop next door

Room was just what we was after. Plenty of room. Friendly staff. Hotel bar was very well priced indeed ! £1.50 for a bottle of bud cant argue with that at all 😄🍻. We used hotel as a hub into Wales and into Chester would recommend a day out to Lake Vyrnwy which is around an hours drive. The only...

I was very worried as I read the reviews after my husband booked this hotel as a surprise for my 60th birthday, usually I do the booking for our trips and always read reviews before I book but didn't get a chance this time. I spent a few days before very worried as I knew I couldn't accept the mould...

Don't let first impression's fool you !! I booked this hotel as I was visiting family and only a 10 minute walk to the City Walls. The reception area was nice and clean and the lady on the desk was very welcoming but asked for the bill to be paid in advance ( now I know why, if you stayed...
