We Had Already Visited THE FISH POOL And Found The Food Excellent, Both Owned By The Same Family. We Were Not Disappointed, The Flavours And Presentation Were Wonderful. The Afternoon Was ENHANCED By Our Waitress, CHARLIE, Who Was...

We wanted somewhere to stop off enroute to our weekend away in north Wales. This place was perfect. Lovely location with great views over the Cheshire countryside. We were welcomed and sat promptly. We were dining with our 2 year old daughter and a high chair was quickly found. Food was amazing. I had the butter chicken and my wife...

This has always been a favourite of ours especially for a Sunday lunch/early dinner. We visited about a month ago and were so let down on mainly service but also below average food we were offered a 10% discount on our food and a further discount when we next visited. So today we thought we would try again (we didn't...

My mum used to live by the candle factory as a child and is now 80 so thought it would be a nice blast from the past to spend the day there, walking, sightseeing then for something to eat at the Pheasant with the lovely views and fresh air Which it was very nice until a guy with a strimmer...

We use this inn regularly as its set amidst beautiful walking country. The place is a wonderful country inn where you can stay if you wish in converted outbuildings. Really cosy quirky interior, wood burning fires in all bars and eating areas. The staff are friendly and eager to please. We often just stop for a coffee (served with a...

It was our second trip to The Pheasant Inn and we were very pleased to be shown to a lovely recently refurbished room. We only stayed last year and did not feel that the refurbishment was necessary. The bathroom was particularly well decorated and stocked. We stayed for 2 nights and the location is spectacular with great cycling and walking...

Visited to have lunch as part of birthday celebrations for my wife and daughter and was not disappointed. Great service and the meal was lovely for all 4 of us, loads of compliments around the table. The views from here are superb, matched by the service, food and ambience. Will be returning again soon that is for sure.
