Really enjoyed Chester. Stayed here last weekend in room 120. Staff were great/friendly, location is good for the City, Zoo and local facilities (chippy/shop next door, bus routes, Morrison's over the road etc), parking was free, decor was ok/clean and the beds comfy, room was quiet (located towards the end of corridor). A special mention to the waitress in the...

Excellent location for the city, costs about £5 in a taxi or quite a fair walk in. The room was lovely and warm once we figured out the heating, large comfy double bed and smaller not very comfortable single. Bathroom nice and clean though! Ample parking that is free for guests. Would go again, but sorry, the breakfast was a...

Great clean hotel, comfy beds and pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even carried our luggage to our room. As one of our party was in a wheelchair it did take us 30 minutes to walk into Chester, not the 15 minutes we were told. Had breakfast next door in The Eggerton Arms and it was definitely...

Well located hotel, about a mile walk into city, and buses and trains available within short walk. Room was quiet despite being on busy road. Would have liked a bath as well as shower. Only let down was breakfast. Croissants were worst I have ever tasted, coffee and tea lukewarm, and limited fruit. Specified soft poached egg and got hard...

I can thoroughly recommend this Hotel for the convenient location, car parking and access into Chester via frequent public transport. The Hotel itself is clean and warm. The room was an ample size. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable and restful stay.

Very clean, nice friendly staff, good location, handy train station nearby (bache) only took 5 mins in to town, or a 25 minute walk, we have slept in better premier beds but it was okay for the three nights we stayed.

Overall the location of this hotel makes it a very good choice if you want to visit Chester city centre / Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. Virtually outside the hotel, there are bus stops taking you to all the above locations if you prefer to leave the car at the hotel. There is also Bache railway station just down the...
