Not the worst but not the best restaurant closed for refurn with no warning.with a family you need to plan these things . Offered a basic breakfast box not the best had to source all food rather than the convience of having the bar/restaurant onsite

Check in was easy, receptionist quick and professional. We booked 3 rooms, one with a cot, although we were on the first floor and no lift available, this didn't cause a problem, managed to carry the pram upstairs. Originally booked breakfast but had a call prior to our stay to say the restaurant was closed, morrisons right by the hotel...

We stayed one night after a day of shopping at Cheshire Oaks. We have stayed before and find the location great as there is free parking and it's a pleasant walk of 20 minutes into the centre of Chester. Staff friendly and rooms clean and comfortable. Room on the south of the building is a bit noisy from 6:50 because...

We booked 2 family rooms and were pleased with them, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Had booked breakfast but on checking in found it was not available due to refurbishment but were promptly refunded and told of an alternative. Downsides rooms not completely toddler proof as door were easy to open from the inside and the rooms above were...

Premier inn have the market right now for me. Great size room for family of 4 and you can't beat the variety of locations and price. Restaurant not open at chester north but Morrisons next door did the trick for breakfast

We were 2 families staying to go to the zoo which this hotel is ideally located for, approx 10 mins away. The pub next door to inn was closed for refurbishment and we were told we could get breakfast at Morrisons opposite, unfortunately the staff failed to realise it was Easter Sunday and therefore closed! The main problem here is...

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to hear that your stay didn't live up to expectations on this occasion due to the noise disturbance you experienced and that you found the room to be quite small for a family. I'm also sorry to see that the restaurant was closed during your stay...

Hi Darcy, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent visit to our Chester Central North Hotel. I'm sorry to hear that you wasn't aware that the restaurant at the hotel was closed for the duration of your stay and I can understand how disappointing and inconvenient this must have been, especially after a long drive from London....
