I don't often post reviews but feel I feel the service at the premier inn, Chester North was exceptional. On the first night of my stay I felt unwell and the reception staff could not have done more to put me at my ease. Even though it was past midnight their friendly and fuss free manner enabled me to spend...

Great warm welcome by the staff at premier inn. Our experience at the brewers fayre was awful. Sticky tables and dirty cutlery. Avoid if possible as there are other places you can stop for breakfast nearby.

Ideally placed for an early start at the zoo which is just up the road. As you expect the from Premier Inn the hotel was excellent, wherever you are the standards do seem very consistent. However the Fayre and Square next door (Egerton Arms) was dreadful. The premises was dirty and scruffy with moderate evening food and a very poor...

Got a lovely big family room which had been recently refurbished with temperature control and a fan aswell if the room gets too hot. The beds were really comfy and also had a nice thick duvet which was great compared...

Our choice of hotel was primarily based on vicinity to Chester zoo, so we didn't know what to expect. The email about building work being conducted on the premises worried me as I wasn't sure what state the rooms are going to be in. I was very pleasantly surprised - the location and the rooms exceeded our expectations. The room...

Only stayed for one night but didn't want to leave! The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the food was excellent- as though we were in a 5 star hotel, not a premier inn! The staff were polite and friendly, hope to return in the near future as we enjoyed.

We visited Chester Zoo and had a five minute journey to the hotel which has free parking. We had dinner in the adjoining pub which was very reasonable and staff were very nice. The room had been refurbished. Work was still taking place in the hotel but didn't affect our stay. The staff were very pleasant. One of the builders...
