We had a pleasant stay. Great location from a day after walking the zoo. Kids love premier Inn so everyone happy. Had evening meal & breakfast so easy and great value. Evening meal standard and staff slow but easy with the children.

Me, my partner, my friend and her partner all came to chester for the night to have a weekend away from home. We chose this premier inn as it was close to the centre and zoo. Upon early arrival, we knew we couldn't check in until 2pm but we was able to leave 1 car on site while the rest...

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Chester. Every staff member we spoke to was really friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable bed. Free car park too, Which is handy. The only thing I would say is that we wanted to get some ice cream from the Ben and jerrys vending machine in the reception, but upon further inspection...

Stayed in this Premier Inn for three nights whilst visiting Chester. It's a typical, well-run Premier Inn. It's about 2 miles from the centre of Chester with a bus service to the centre from outside the hotel. Buses run every 15 minutes during the day, Monday to Saturday, but only one bus per hour on Sunday.

We had a great 3 night break here. We found a park and ride very close to the hotel which we used on day one. Day 2 we went to Chester Zoo and had a most enjoyable day. Day 3 we visited Chirk Castle, a National Trust property and also took a river cruise on the river Dee in Chester....

Typical Premier Inn , so you know what you are getting , a nice room at a decent price . The staff are friendly and helpful , the location is decent , we took the bus(5) into town for £2.20 and a Taxi back for £5.50 . We have stayed here several times before and will stay again .

Room was usual Premier Inn standard, clean and sufficient. Cleaning crew were great - on arrival asked if I needed anything extra and duly delivered within a couple of minutes. Parking can be a problem especially if you arrive later in the evening, didn't like walking by myself late at night. Common areas are very tired, really need to be...

Not the best premier inn we have stayed in, needs upgrading. Reception staff were friendly but our room smelt damp despite having the windows opened We purchased the meal deal for evening meal and breakfast. The evening meal was terrible and when we complained we were offered a complimentary coffee Breakfast was good as usual

Along with friends we planned a visit to Chester so chose this premier inn for its location and recommendation. Instead of taking the car into Chester we had a short taxi ride that cost around £5.50 each way but divided between 4 was good value for money. The hotel staff were very helpful and always ready to smile!
