Great family room, kids eat free for breakfast was fantastic value. Beds in room very comfy. Room on ground floor for families was quiet which made for a great nights sleep. Check in easy and staff very friendly and informative.

Really friendly staff, both at check in/out and at breakfast. The room was very clean and plenty enough space for four of us, which is surprising considering my eldest is 6ft tall. Quiet, without traffic noise makes for a good sleep. A buffet style cooked breakfast, not available at all Premier Inns, meant our hungry children could tuck straight inn....

We regularly stay here when we visit Chester Zoo. Totally recommend it! Location, close to shops for pack up for the next day. Kid friendly pub over the way too, with soft play, if they have any excess energy

The hotel was fine, it was clean, quiet and is in a convenient location. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location of the Brewers Fayre next door for breakfast is also great. The cons are that though advertised with free Wi-Fi, the service is virtually non-existent and even the premium Wi-Fi (extra cost) is virtually impossible to connect...

Clean room, really friendly staff (very much including at the Twirl of Hay breakfast next door). It has a super position, out of the way, plenty of free parking, free WiFi (lower level but you can upgrade), opposite Sainsbury's for provisions and cheap fuel. All the usual mod cons from a very good budget hotel: towels, soap and shampoo, tv in...

Excellent rooms and comfort. Excellent access to the city centre by public transport. Unless in a hurry better to choose a restaurant in town. Car parking in hotel car park limited but easy access to parking in nearby Twirl of Hay.

The usual excellent standard of room, comfort and cleanliness in a Premier Inn but on this occasion the hotel was let down by a lack of staff in the restaurant at Breakfast. The hotel had been fully booked and the morning staff found it difficult to cope when a large number of guests came down together. Tables were not cleared...

As always a comfortable overnight stay.Reliable and as we had booked in advance excellent value.Breakfast a bit hit and miss - we find the fresh fruit offering is always poor.We should have skipped in house option in favour of going to adjacent Sainsbury supermarket with a cafe!!
