Very comfortable and hospitable guest house. Convenient for Falmouth town centre with all its restaurants and attractions. Clean, comfortable room, and lovely views if you have a room with sea views. Excellent breakfast!!

Had a wonderful stay the Trelawney Guest House. It is owned by lovely people, the house is spotless, the beds are comfy and the whole experience is warm and relaxed. You get 10% off the famous and award winning Fish and Chip restaurant, Harbour Lights, as well if you book at the Trelawney - that was certainly a bonus.

We stayed at this wonderful guest house last week and booked a family room, it was clean, bright and fresh. There was a wonderful collection of Cornish teas and coffee for a morning drink and tasty biscuits too. It is very quiet and in a prime postion close to the beach and town. We will definitely be staying again. We...

I stayed as a guest for an extended period with Tessa and her team. I have nothing but positive feedback and will be straight back to them should the need arise to stay in Falmouth any time in the future.

this little gem was a real surprise to us and far outweighed our expectations - without ever visiting Falmouth we did not know what to expect in the area - some properties down this street look a tad tired and derelict dont be put off by this - The Trelawney Guest House is fairly typical from the outside but tidy...

Stayed for a week in this small but homely guest house. The Owner Tessa could not do enough to make me welcome and the cooked breakfast was to die for. I was initially in a twin room, but was transferred to a double on my second night both the rooms were bright and meticulously decorated with an assortment of amenities...

Tessa was a wonderful hostess who provided valuable advice on where to go for meals & what to see locally. She also offered the use of some wet weather gear for my trip to Lands End on a very damp day. The room was a small single room but comfortable for me, well appointed ensuite bathroom, with ample tea &...
