Would always recommend Lynda's Braemar Guest House. Lynda made me so welcome, lovely room and so nice to have waitress service for breakfast. First class. Spotlessly clean and fresh attractive decor. Ideally placed for centre of town and beach.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Braemar. Comfortable, conveniently located and with a great breakfast to start the following day with. The welcome was warm and helpful and was perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

What a lovely Guset House. The rooms a very comfortable and clean. Lynda is a wonderful landlady, breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. It is in a great position close to the beaches and town. Thanks for an enjoyable stay we will be going back. X

The room was equipped with more than we needed with fast wifi, smart TV, large bath, and more which was the perfect combination for a lovely relaxing weekend. Braemar was within minutes walking distance from Gylly beach where we enjoyed a...

Was lucky enough to get room 9 again, a lovely family room with walk in shower in the bathroom, large smart TV in the lounge. Excellent clean bedding and towels. And as usual Lynda's breakfast was superb. I am a Coeliac and was spoiled with Gluten Free sausage and bread. Lynda showed me around all the rooms, and I would...

We have now stayed at the Braemar on five occasions. Everything is always up to a high standard. Lynda and Brian and the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is excellent. Very handy for the town, train station and Gylly beach.

This was our second visit and we also brought four of our friends as we had enjoyed the rooms and hospitality last night. We came for two nights this time as the beer festival was on. Lynda the landlady was very good and left our keys for us, so we just got on with unpacking and made our way to...

The room was comfortable, very clean and bedding was freshly laundered and crisp, fresh clean towels, shampoo, body wash and hand soap are provided, along with tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate and biscuits. The room felt very hotel-like, it was airy with plenty of windows. Perfect! Large TV. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious, and the staff friendly...
