Dear Alice W I really understand just how precious such a family escape is, as well as how important it is that whatever break is chosen, that it provides an experience on, or above expectation, and I speak from my own experiences as a busy Father of 3. It's really satisfying to hear that we provided a special treat for...

Stayed at greenbacks for the 1st time for 5 nights. First impression was a bit disappointing as the reception area needs bib of TLC especially the carpet. Apart from that everything was excellent. We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour which was beautiful. The restaurant was very good again overlooking the harbour. We were on DBB so ate there...

This is a hotel that just puts a smile on your face. The service was excellent, the rooms were perfect, the food was ace! Although if you want lobster you must order in advance! The smoked haddock for breakfast is the best I've had! This hotel is at the top of it's game and we'll be going back!

The venue was just beautiful, even though the weather was a little inclement to say the least, but this did not impact on the day.
