We had a pleasant two night stay. The guest house is exceptionally clean, everything you need in the room, including a handy little fridge. The breakfast was ample, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and full English with toast. We had a room at the back of the house with a delightful view of Falmouth docks and the sea. It is a short...

We arrived on the afternoon, and was very easy to find by car/satnav. As soon as we pulled up the host was there to meet and greet us with a VERY warm welcome... we were taken straight to our room to view before we settled in, the house is very clean and the room was immaculate. We booked online and...

We recently stayed here for a couple of days. Great location for the center of Falmouth, only 5 minute walk into town. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The family/staff that run the guest house are friendly and helpful. A special word for the breakfast....excellent. Only slight down side was that we had a front facing room...

My boyfriend and I spent two nights here over bank holiday and had a fantastic time. Our stay was spotless, literally can't think of a single point of criticism. Our hostess was very considerate and attentive, our room was light and clean, and had a lovely view of the docks. The bed was so comfortable I would have been happy...

The rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is fantastic with a great choice. The owners are always friendly and willing to help with anything, including suggestions of...

Booked over the internet. Comfortable establishment owned by an equally comfortable couple. The place retains the character of the time it was built with the addition of modern bathrooms. Within easy walking distance to the Harbour or the beach. Breakfast was grilled tasty food, preceded by fruit; cereal and oats if required. Dining room full of guests demonstrates the amount...

We have been visiting Cornwall for the first time for a couple of days with family. This b&b has been the perfect base for our trip. It is fairly central with dedicated parking. The owners are very friendly with a really nice and varied breakfast that reflected the dietary requests of all the guests. No complaints at all. All in...

We needed somewhere close to the University, but also accessible to the beautiful town, Karen's bed and breakfast fitted the bill brilliantly. Comfortable stay, freshly cooked breakfast every morning and a friendly reception. I am sure we will be back next time we visit our son.

Nicely presented bed and breakfast. Karen as front of house is friendly and well informed about the area. A special mention must go to the breakfast, with lovely fresh fruit salad and the cooked breakfast was delicious, all cooked to order. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation
