The owners are really friendly and put you at ease. They provide a good, hearty breakfast and the room was clean and fresh every day. I was in the Gods and had a great view. The place is starting to look a bit dated now and could do with a modernisation program. The shower was tiny and there was room...

I stayed in a single room for two nights. Sue was always friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed breakfast in the mornings. Good location - very close to the centre of town. I would recommend staying here.

We booked a 2 night stay at Tudor Court as a last minute decision, so hadn't done much research. Very happy with everything, especially the location and having a sea from from our room. The bedroom and public rooms were all very clean, tidy, and well presented, breakfast was good, and staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely welcome from Sue in spite of arriving earlier than we said we would. I have mobility issues and can't manage lots of stairs, which I had forgotten to mention on the booking form. Sue was able to offer us a choice of rooms. We chose room 4 to save me from having to climb another 2...

I spent 4 nights in June 2016 here and it was a really pleasant stay. Walking distance to both the town centre and beaches, although it is a uphill on the way back. The place was very clean, breakfast was nice and the owners very friendly, calling their guests by their first names. Would definitely stay again and was very...

We stayed for a wedding and had a great time. The hotel was lovely with the owners very welcoming. The hotel is well placed for the beach and the shops/pubs. The breakfasts were lovely although only served between 8 & 9 oclock. We would have liked a bigger window!

I booked this hotel on Late Rooms, a couple of days before a business meeting in Falmouth. I was going for price over comfort, but w ended up very pleased indeed. The Hotel was central, walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants on the quayside. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and satisfactorily appointed. The breakfast was excellent, and the owners...

Arrived after a long journey to a warm welcome. Hosts helpful providing information on the local area. Good location. We had room 2 I think! Modern clean room, comfy beds and nice bedding. Cooked breakfast was very nice. Had a nice meal in Chinese restaurant in Falmouth town centre. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and we quite liked the room we were given; a room with a bunk bed and a double bed. We had a nice view of the sea. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the harbor and high street (which has a range of little stores and cafes). It's also right around...

Stayed in room 7, had a nice view of the sea. Clean comfortable room all you could want. Breakfast was very very good, plenty of choice. Nothing to much trouble for Dick & Sue. Only about a 10 minute walk into the town centre, a breeze going into town but a steep hill to come back. WiFi a tad patchy,...
